When you arrive, you will feel at peace in our truly tranquil oasis, surrounded by nature. We abutt 87 acres of conservation land. Turkeys, deer and birds visit us daily! Enjoy peace and tranquility on your private back deck, the amazing salt water hot tub (exclusively use) new sauna, heated seasonal outdoor shower, deep bathtub (showering is tricky for people taller then 5'5)with bluetooth speaker.Comfortable king size bed with European bedding and a single fold out foam mattress on the 1st floor, that was just finished as another relax area, with 70" TV, record player, hammock & hanging chair.

This 1- bedroom apartment is a half mile walk to Cape Neddick Beach, yet tucked away in the privacy of the woods. When the surf is up you can hear the waves crashing on the nearby rocky cove and the clang of the ocean bell buoy. Also conveniently located within 3 miles of York Beach, Ogunquit, Cape Neddick Golf Course, and the Cliff House Resort. Cape Neddick has it all: coastal cliffs, a sandy beach, a scenic river, hiking trails, and fine dining.

Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.
