Located about 4 miles to Treetops Golf Course, 3 miles to Pigeon River Forrest and 10 miles to downtown Gaylord. Come north and enjoy some mushroom picking, elk and deer viewing! Harbor Springs hilltop home.

This space is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and living area of my upstairs. I live on the main floor. There is a divider in the front entry to keep the spaces separate. There is a separate entrance for guests. My home is across the valley from Boyne Highlands and 1/2 mile North of the Nubs Nob entrance. 10-15 min. to Harbor Springs/Petoskey. **To winter guests, the hill up to the house is very steep. 4 wheel/all wheel drive is necessary. Seriously. The hot tubs and pools are part of my association.
