Holiday rentals with beach access in Nueva Andalucía

We loved our three-month stay in Marbella in this beautiful apartment located next to the Los Naranjos golf club and an hour's walk from Puorto Banus (very pleasant journey we did regularly) or 10 minutes by car. This apartment is very large, modern, recently renovated, tastefully furnished, very clean and well-equipped for long stays. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The apartment has indoor parking but it is also very easy to park outside. A favorite guaranteed!. Carmen is the perfect host. His warm welcome, his many touches and advice to make us live an unforgettable experience. She ensured our comfort throughout our stay in addition to answering all our questions very quickly. If we are lucky enough to come back, it is certain that this apartment will be our first choice. Muchas gracias Carmen . 🤩

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay and Nicholas’ apartment in the heart of the Golden Mile Marbella. This quaint apparent nestled amongst beautiful gardens is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities required. The complex itself has a lot of traditional charm amongst with its beautiful facade that gives a welcomed contrast to the flash of the Golden Mile. Nicholas is a real people’s person and spent time chatting to us about the history of the area as well as going above and beyond to accommodate us. He also has some amazing recommendations for local places ! We absolutely loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to this little gem.

Very good apartment super near the beach and old town area with loads of good coffee spots and restaurants around. Transports are also really easy.

Apartment was very spacious with uninterrupted views from the large towards Marbella and beyond,good views of the harbour and marina.Apartment was spotlessly clean,well equipped and in a great central location.Natalia proved to be a friendly and efficient host.

Great location. Walking distance to old town Marbella and the seafront with lots of restaurant choices close by. Had a lovely private outdoor area which we used a lot. Friendly and very helpful host!

I really enjoyed my stay in the penthouse of Oceana Gardens in Estepona. The apartment was really beautifully decorated and equipped with every conceivable comfort. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable, which made the stay very pleasant. There is a spacious balcony and if you sat there you had a view of the mountains and the sea in the distance. The area is wonderfully quiet, ideal to relax. The presence of a gym was a nice bonus for me. For those who love good food, there is a good restaurant La Famillia within walking distance that is absolutely worth a visit. A car is recommended, because then you are in about 15 to 20 minutes in the center of Estepona, where you will find plenty of restaurants and the beach. In short, a perfect stay if you are looking for luxury, tranquility and comfort in a beautiful environment. I will definitely be happy to come back!

Great accommodation in a great location

Excellent Villa with everything we needed. 5 mins to the beech. 10 mins to the local supermarket, excellent host who showed us around and even got us some shopping in so we could get unpacked quickly. 15 minute walk into Puerto Banus helped us get our steps up, and plenty of beech bars along the way. overall very pleased with our stay. Ideal location for visiting the old town of Marbella. Nice garden in front. Ground floor accommodation, so a little dark. The staircase leading to the terrace is steep, so it requires an agile audience. But when you can go up there, it's very pleasant Morning and evening in the cool!

The villa was stunning, exactly what we were looking for and perfect for a weekend in Marbella. Nacho was great at communicating and very friendly.

We stayed for 3 nights during may. Lovely weather, lovely house, lovely backyard. The house is beautiful, the linen felt like new, the kitchen is very spacious, the living room is very cozy. Only issue is we did spot a cockroach, which is understandable for a warm city. Beach is not so pretty but very private.

Very fast communication, we loved the appartement, exactly as described.

Adriana’s place was absolutely perfect! Spotlessly clean, ideally located, and equipped with everything you could possibly need, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Adriana herself was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I have no doubt that if I’d needed anything, she would’ve gone above and beyond to help. Highly recommended!

Location was great about 15 minutes by walk from puerto banus. Home was very spacious and had the appropriate amenities. would definitely recommend and for sure will book again in the future. quiet apartment complex and friendly neighbors. thank you for the stay and understanding with complications!

The house was elegant and beautiful and had all the amenities we could have needed. Mima was extremely responsive and helpful. The location was a bit tricky (taxi drivers got a bit lost a few times) but easy enough to figure out after a day or so. Waking distance on main roads to Porto Banus made outings a breeze. The community pool is large and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is close to the center and the beach, so it's in a great location. The kitchen was very well equipped, it was clean and as in the pictures. We were very pleased!
