Apartment holiday rentals in Nuevo Vallarta Channel

We stayed for a week with friends who own a condo in a different tower. The condo was spacious and very clean. We also really enjoyed the balcony and the views. We had a wonderful time and are considering staying again next year. One callout would be that the kitchen was not stocked with basic necessities like salt, pepper, dish soap or a sponge. Just a heads up that you will need to buy these or bring them with you.

Amazing experience! The place was spotless with clean facilities and easy access to Vidanta. The pool was incredibly relaxing, and we were especially grateful for the washer and dryer — such a convenient touch. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We can't recommend Lorena's place enough! Lovely condo, and extremely convenient, literally steps away from a nice large pool and the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Walkable to several restaurants, a couple of grocery stores in the neighborhood. Buses and Ubers to the airport, Puerto Vallarta or elsewhere were available just outside the condominium. Lorena was a very gracious and communicative host. Laura and Alberto were especially great, and very accommodating even when we arrived after midnight due to flight delays. We will definitely return!

It was really cozy and nice, very complete and functional. The hostess is super attentive, you just have to follow the external rules to the letter, but the apartment is phenomenal, so if you want to spend a few pleasant days, it's definitely worth it.

Thank you for taking care of every detail in an apartment full of warmth and excellent taste. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and everything in general is super clean and in good condition, the towels and sheets are clean without hair, the beds are comfortable, 10/10 everything, we will definitely return! 😃 All the amenities offered by Maritima beach are excellent and the staff are very friendly, very good service. Suggestions: The grinder needs to be used with some frequency and keep the drain free of debris that can get stuck and clog due to lack of movement Roll-up blinds, especially blackout blinds for bedrooms Too big and heavy. And it is very easy to get stuck in the aluminum doors of windows.

Everything perfect very nice place but the security staff especially the lady who does the cleaning in the roof garden believes the owner of the building makes you feel like a person who is there for free without paying a stay since he does not let you wet anything in the pool area and very rude and despota , Jorge is the one of the other shift of the security staff.

Our stay at Jerome’s Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Alfredo, the property manager, gave us a thorough walkthrough and was always available to help. The property was spotless, with a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We loved the Sonos sound system and multiple A/C units, and the peaceful location offered stunning views of the city and bay. We were treated to fireworks almost every night and even saw an air show! The location was great for walking down the hill to dinner, and we felt safe in the area. While we did walk up a few times, it was much easier to take an Uber ride back up. Overall, Jerome’s Airbnb was the perfect place for our stay in Puerto Vallarta — comfortable, convenient, and with amazing views. Highly recommend!

Will’s place was amazing. Each bedroom has a king bed and bathroom. The kitchen is perfect for anyone who would rather cook than eat out. The views and sunsets from the rooftop pool are majestic. I would recommend picking up groceries at one of the major grocery chains on the way in from the airport as there are few options for groceries in old town PV. Will was a great host and was quick to respond with any questions we had. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in PV.

The only thing I didn't realize was there was only one blow dryers, and one keys. Besides that this place had an amazing view, calm relaxing pool, and the response if we needed something was very quick, we loved it.

Really enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. Great location, easy 2 minute walk to the beach, incredible restaurants. The place is very spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean, nice views of the canal and pool. The pool is never crowded and very well maintained. We were very happy here for a week. I would definitely come back here. Can't say enough enough about all the local restaurants. Some of the best I've experienced in Mexico. Sara was amazing. She is very helpful and responds to any questions within minutes. A wonderful host - the best. 5 star experience. If I could give it more stars I would.

Javier is spectacular host. He provided video clips to show how things worked, kindly allowed us the use of their bicycles, there were new pillows, sheets, and towels for us. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, just bring your own pods. The blender was dead and Javier had a brand new one to us in 2-3 days, much appreciated! The condo is not large, but it works and the kitchen is pretty well stocked with tools. Patio furniture is new this year and quite nice! We spent most of the day around the lovely pools and out walking the beach. Anyone renting should be aware that they have “interesting” pool rules and Security people around at all times. They do have rules posted, but there were additional unwritten rules that changed daily at the whim of Security. It was extremely annoying and it did affect our enjoyment of one of the most beautiful pool areas we have seen. The Flamingos area is within walking distance to Bucerias and all of the restaurants there.

Excellent place, the pools are incredible and the beach is too. Thanks Sebastián and Ale who were my hosts, always very attentive and super available to help. We'll be back for sure.

The place is in an impeccable location, you have restaurants less than 5 minutes away, convenience stores, a plaza no more than 10 minutes away. The apartment has too many household accessories, it has many utensils, it is very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Honestly, it's the best price we could get. Nancy is very attentive, she contacted us weeks before our arrival, she gave us information the day before our arrival and the day we arrived she allowed us to enter 1 hour before check in. The pools are very clean and the condominium staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about this accommodation. The building was beautiful and the room followed suit. There wasn't a spot of dirt anywhere. The sheets were crisp and clean. Nice comfy bed and pillows. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The a/c worked like a charm after a long hot day. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Perfect spot to watch the sunset. The location was excellent. Its about a 5-minute ride to the Romantic Zone. If you're thinking about booking, do it!! You won't regret it. As for Monica, she was a doll. Very helpful in assisting us throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to PV!

THE PLACE IS VERY QUIET, CLEAN, THE POOL IS SUPER FRESH A GREAT PLACE TO VACATION, SHOPS AT HAND, PHARMACIES, RESTAURANTS ETC

Just what we needed. Family friendly. Peace and quiet. Extremely beautiful garden and pool. Greatly recomended.... Staff is very friendly and helpful. Also Alonso is a great host. Very responsive and alwayas willing to help. 6 stars if I could!!!

The accommodation is great, very clean, quite spacious and comfortable rooms and very well equipped each with its own bathroom, I loved the jacuzzi that is private and a few steps away you have the super large pools and the beach that is also very clean! Everything is great, I'm sure I'll stay there again in the future.
