The house is 70 sqm upstairs and 70 sqm in the basement. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets and 1 shower. On the TV upstairs you can play Nintendo Switch and on the TV downstairs you can watch whatever you want. 2 large sofas you can also sleep in. 2 refrigerators, 1 in the kitchen and 1 in the basement, they have freezers too. There are 2 extra beds in the basement. There are unlimited bed linens, blankets, pillows. If you were thinking of staying more, we can just talk about it and come to a solution. We can always compromise, it usually works out fine. Make yourself at home:)

The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here you live in a cozy house on our farm, the view is fantastic and it is not impossible to see fallow deer and moose grazing in the field. At the back, there is a large balcony where you can see the sun rise. Proximity to lakes with fishing (fishing license required) and forest, 9 km to central Halmstad and 7 km to Hallarna where there are also restaurants. If you want to get to the sea, there are several nice beaches within 15 minutes' drive. Breakfast can be booked the night before.

The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.
