Perfect size for 1 or 2 people. King size bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. Having a washer and dryer is handy. The location is near shopping, restaurants and the "Strip", but, most important you are near all the highways. My stay was peaceful was able to walk the ten minutes to the neighborhood park and walk or watch youth baseball games. Carmen was quick to respond when I was unable to access the internet (my fault).

Jordan's place was beautiful! Everything looked new! The ac was great for hot Vegas! The shower was top tier! Loved it and would stay again.

Everything was perfect in the home! Super clean (really important to me) and very homey. The mattress in the second bedroom (queen) was so comfortable, we slept really well. We were told by the other couple that the king mattress wasn't as comfortable but the room was beautiful. Thank you so very much for a wonderful Airbnb experience!

This place was amazing—very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with a great view. I had zero issues during my stay. The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with, and even allowed me to extend my checkout time, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be booking this place again the next time I’m in Vegas. Highly recommended!

The apartment was great! It’s private, clean, well kept and gated. We stayed only one night passing through Las Vegas from California, to Georgia. We needed accommodations for not only us, but for our fur babies, so we could explore the strip! It worked out perfectly. The apartment is pet friendly and so is the neighborhood. It’s so calm and quiet. It’s located only a 10 minute drive to the Las Vegas strip - Bellagio Hotel to be exact. We took an uber and the pick up /drop off was very smooth for the location. The host was friendly , informative and attentive. No problem with communication! We totally recommend this stay! :)

Very clean! The a/c was awesome and I’m glad that there was a clean blanket. Bathroom was nice and clean as well. The kitchen had all the essentials as well. Loved it!

This property was perfect for our stay, the location was convenient to all the places we went to while in Vegas. We did ask for early check in and that was granted. But the property wasn’t that well clean. Other than that the stay was great. No problems. Our host responded to all my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely book this stay again.

Our stay at MGM Signature was nothing short of spectacular! The location is 1 block away from the strip, right in the middle, very walkable to either end! The room was spotless and beautiful. The view from the balcony was stunning! The bed was so comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect to ease sore muscles from walking! Every worker, whether it be the front desk, barista, bartender, cleaning crew, or valet were so kind! I feel like I hit the lottery with Kimia’s place!

I've stayed here before. Alexander is really good people. I needed a late checkout because it was 100+ degrees and I couldn't take my two little pups with me like I usually do. Alexander was able to accommodate my request and I will always remember and appreciate that. The air conditioning works great even in 100+ degrees too! Safe area for women traveling alone with less than fierce 12 pound dogs, and I would definitely stay here again. Angie

This place was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. I felt safe in the area. The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities listed. Mayra was also very kind and responsive to my questions. She responds relatively quick. I would definitely stay again

Pools are nice and overall condo was good! However the location is a bit further from the Strip than what we expected. Ed was very friendly and responsive, thank you Ed!
