Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. For the curious, look at Instagra m; PipershouseSweden. There are often dogs in the house so you will see dog beds.🌸

Feel free to use our surfboards and go for a surf, use our rowing boat only, 10-15min walk from the cottage! 10-15 min drive to Nynäshamn where you can find almost everything and hang out in the harbor during the summer or if you want to explore Stockholm city, it is only 40-50 min drive. The busstop is only 100 meter from the cottage!

Stugan ligger bredvid andra hus men med tillgång till två enskilda uteplatser med trädgårdsmöbler och grill. Utanför stugan finns spabad/bubbelpool för bokning. Miljön är lugn och fridfull. Perfekt för barnfamiljer eller par som önskar en avstressande vacker miljö att vistas i. Det är möjligt att bada i havet från brygga/stege, 100 m från stugan. Klippbad och sandstrand finns i närområdet (bil).
