The bottom is very shallow, which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddle to Stendörrens nature reserve. Perfect house for the larger company who wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is in connection to a marina where a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat is available. Cliffs and beach baths close by. Oxelösund is an amazing archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good transport links with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. For the curious, look at Instagra m; PipershouseSweden. There are often dogs in the house so you will see dog beds.🌸

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

Here at Enebacken, you live on a secluded plot with a couple of minutes' walk to the nice beach. The house consists of one double bedroom, one loft with two single beds and a combined living room and hall with sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped and it is nice to eat both indoors, on the patio or in the sunroom. There is both a wood stove and a fireplace if it is not bathing weather. There is plenty of play space and a child-friendly beach just around the corner.
