Pools 10'away in Peares and Miño Pier. Modern interior architecture mixed with stone, wood and slate. 3 rooms, bathroom/shower and living room. Modern kitchen on the ground floor, bathroom/shower, large living room. Windows to observe foxes, roe deer, kites , birds and forests. A large piece of land covered with grass, trees and flowers.

Casa Merteira has been completely renovated and designed to disconnect. Located on the outskirts of the city, in a quiet area 5 minutes by car from the intermodal station and downtown; we have an urban bus stop in front of the accommodation. Allariz or Ribadavia are a 20-minute drive away, Ribeira Sacra is 45 minutes away; Vigo or Santiago are 1 hour away. It is distributed in a living room-kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom on the lower floor and a double bedroom with bathroom on the upper floor.

The house has been restored by the owner using recycled items and woods cut in the forrest. So it has a very artistic touch,and handmade feeling. You are right on the river shore ,surrounded by oak forest and old walking trails. A very peaceful spot. La casa fue construido por la duena usando materiales recicladas y maderas cortadas en su propio bosque . A si que da un toque muy personal artistico . El terreno linda con el rio Verdugo en la que se puede encontrar pozas aptos para el bano .
