Holiday rentals with a kayak in Oak Bluffs

Beautiful location, great house in good working order, friendly and responsive host.

The house was beautiful, better than expected! It was very spacious with lovely high ceilings in all the rooms. the bedrooms were all large and delightfully decorated, as were the two sitting rooms. In fact the layout worked really well for our family group: master bedroom with en suite for us grandparents, first floor bedrooms for one couple and their two kids with shared bathroom and extra sitting area with TV, and the garden room -with an enormous bed!- and ensuite bathroom for the other couple. The pool was a very good size with comfortable loungers and the large table on the terrace was perfect for mealtimes. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were an enormous range of dishes and utensils! The various beaches we visited were all within easy reach and Mashpee Commons was only a short drive away with a range of restaurants and shops. Nicole was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. We had a wonderful time and the house exceeded our expectations!

Absolutely amazing stay for a family trip this memorial day weekend! Such a great house, gorgeous decor, sparkling clean, serene view of the lake. The setup is perfect for multiple families- 2 bedrooms and full bath on top floor, two bedrooms and full bath on main floor and master bedroom and bath with comfy living room in basement. We used the grill and that was great too! Definitely will be returning in warmer months when we can use the outdoor space more! Thank you Dar!!

We have stayed at Brian’s place two years in a row, and it is by far the best airbnb we have ever stayed at. We love the amenities! Also, it is always incredibly clean and has super comfortable beds. Brian is incredibly responsive and accommodating, overall, an amazing host! We highly recommend staying here and plan to come back again!

Leonardo's home had it all. Plenty of room for the 10 of us, with a choice of comfortable seating areas for talking or playing games. A beautiful deck that was perfect for sipping a morning coffee. A pier for fishing and launching kayaks. A kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking gadgets. Plenty of room for parking. It is truly ideal for a large group who values their time together but also appreciates some private time. Leo was very responsive, even dropping by to bring some supplies that were inadvertently not stocked. (We were happy to obtain the supplies ourselves, but Leo went above and beyond and delivered them himself). This was lucky for us, as he also supplied recommendations on things to see and do in the area. I highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity. You'll have a lovely home with a stellar view and a wonderful host.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better and was just a short drive to a fantastic winery and super close to downtown. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were welcoming and even let us check in well before the listed check in time, which was incredibly nice.

We really enjoyed our stay- the home was very clean, stocked with amenities, and well decorated. Bed was very comfortable- we loved the hot tub area and enjoyed cooking a meal out on the grill. The neighborhood was the biggest standout- very quiet and loved walking down to the beach area. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Cape!

We had an excellent week at Robert’s cottage. Just what we needed to get away for a while. The cottage was extremely comfortable and well equipped. The surrounding property was beautiful and very peaceful. We would definitely return again to stay!

Exactly as described... And Sloane was incredibly proactive. The community had a water outage the morning we were due to check in and she contacted us immediately -- it was completely resolved before we checked in and she stayed on top of everything for us. Highly recommend visiting this cottage! Thank you, Sloane!

Our family (parents + a 5-year-old and 7-year-old) had a wonderful stay at this home! Our kids loved walking out on the dock and seeing wildlife (fish and a family of swans) and lounging on the hammock. We enjoyed several peaceful evenings watching the sun set and the boats go by. The house was simple and clean, and had what we needed for the weekend. There was a grill and patio chairs for outdoor relaxation, and kayaks for mini adventures. We didn’t want to leave!

Great location too for everything we wanted to do as well as close enough to visit with our local family in town. Having the ability to use your bikes were very helpful as we were able to just rent another two more which we used a lot to ride around Poppy. We would definitely stay here again. What a brilliant comfortable and relaxing time we had at Robert’s place. We had everything and more that we needed. Beautiful location, cosy and clean house, facilities top notch and comfortable beds. I could not say enough kind things about Robert! Responsive and pro-active, he made our stay even nicer with the loan of bikes. Thanks to him and his family we had a trip of a lifetime with my family. Unforgettable, hope to return again one day!

The place exceeded our expectations. The location is incredibly peaceful, with stunning west-facing views—perfect for watching sunsets. We stayed with our two dogs, and the walk to the beach was absolutely gorgeous. Just a short stroll through a meadow and forest leads you to a beautiful beach and one of the best fish markets on the East Coast. The variety of seating options is fantastic—you can relax on the grass in front of the house, lounge on the porch, stay protected from insects on the covered patio, or get cozy inside. We’ll definitely be coming back. We loved our stay and made some truly beautiful memories.

We liked this place so much that we visited the second time. Great location - right on the beach. The pier is right in front of the house and looks scenic right from the sun room. Wake up early enough and you can see the sun rise on the ocean from the sun room. A private beach is right around the corner. Being private, it's never crowded. It is sandy and does not have stones and pebbles like the rest of cape cod. Being inside, the water does not get too cold. Gets some waves during high tide and can be calm and serene during the low tides. During high tide, you can also dive from the pier. The house also comes with couple kayaks with life jackets, chairs, some beach toys - everything you would need on a beach. The yellow kayak is good. The blue one seems for kids. I toppled once trying the blue one. They also have some old bikes - not in the best condition, but they work. The house is very old. A lot of the doors don't close properly and can't really lock them.
