The Garden Villa Kujukuri You can rent the entire 200 m² resort villa near the sea. With a maximum capacity of 15 people and pets allowed, you can enjoy it with multiple families, groups of friends, and your favorite pets. It is conveniently located 90 minutes by car from Tokyo, 10 minutes on foot to the beach (Shirako Coast), and 1 minute on foot to a convenience store, making it popular with families with children. Outdoors, you can enjoy a barrel sauna and open-air bath (water bath available) while looking out at the palm trees and large garden. There is also a covered BBQ space and a fire pit on the wood deck. In addition, the entire yard is surrounded by a fence, so it is a private dog run. Indoors, there is a ping pong table in the playroom and board/card games in the living room. You can watch Netflix on the large TV in the living room. This is a story from a few years ago. I rented a vacation home with four families of friends in Kailua, Hawaii. I wondered if I could recreate the most enjoyable vacation rental near Tokyo?! And so, after searching the land along the coast of Chiba, we finally arrived here, in Hinata, Isumi City. We created "Hiali Plus" with a focus on a comfortable space and a pleasant environment for group stays. The Hiiro Coast, a 5-minute walk away, is a pristine beach in Minamiboso Quasi-National Park. There are few people whenever you go, and it is just like a hideaway. The water temperature is high until around October, so you can enjoy playing in the sea. This Mimihaus Makuhari is located in a very convenient location, 1 minute from Keisei Makuhari Station and 4 minutes from JR Makuhari Station, between Narita and Tokyo. It is also about a 5-minute taxi ride from Kaihinmakuhari Station, where the limousine bus from Narita Airport arrives. There is also a large supermarket, Ito-Yokado, and Japan's largest shopping mall, Makuhari Seaside Park, which has a Japanese garden, making it very convenient to get to Makuhari Messe and Tokyo Disneyland. We also have two bicycles available for guests to use for strolling around Makuhari. Feel free to use them during your stay. (Please be sure to lock them to prevent theft) In addition, the room has a queen bed and a "kotatsu" (a low table in the summer), which is unique to Japan, where you can sit comfortably on the low sofa and watch TV or eat. It can accommodate up to 3 people because you can pull out the futon and sleep next to the kotatsu. (Please note that it will be quite cramped if you have a lot of luggage) You can enjoy a comfortable stay while experiencing a Japanese kotatsu (a tatami mat room heater, or a chabudai in the summer).

We renovated the old house where my grandmother once lived as much as possible with our own hands. Kujukuri Beach, which is a short walk away, is a memorable place where relatives and friends have gathered and had a lively time. I wanted to make it a place full of smiles again, like it was back then, so I've been working on it little by little. Now, with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi and a sauna, it is a space where you can relax with your family, couples, and friends. One of the charming things about this house is that the cats that live nearby visit the garden at will. It is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a quiet time by the sea. We have yoga mats, foot massagers, folding chairs and sleeping chairs that can be used in the sea, carts, 2 bicycles, sandpit sets and children's toys, chairs, toilet seats, picture books, hanging tents, and other facilities that are great for small children. Old house / A trip to the good old Katsuura / Fishing spot / Near the beach

This is a "very old building" that seems to have been built in the early Showa era. It used to be a dried fish shop. It is a long row house with a very unique construction. The dirt floor right from the entrance, the strangely small living room, the steep stairs, the slightly sloping second floor, etc., are inconvenient everywhere. We renovated it to make it comfortable while preserving the appearance of the time. The location of the inn is in a good location, just behind Katsuura Asaichi Street, along the shopping district. It's close to Katsuura Port, so you can easily go fishing. In the morning, you can buy fresh vegetables and dried goods at the morning market, take a break at a locally famous coffee shop, visit a nearby temple, or bathe at Matsu-no-Yu, the oldest public bath in Chiba Prefecture! There are also various reasonably priced bars with good atmospheres nearby. A fully renovated private house on the small wave moon coast of Onjuku, with a sandy beach right in front of you, comparable to a private beach. You can have a BBQ on the sandy beach, and the BBQ space has a roof so you can have it even when it rains. It's a great place to relax under a tent while listening to the waves, and the whole family can enjoy themselves freely. Please come. Pets are limited to dogs up to 60 cm in length. It will be 2,000 yen per dog. Please let us know when you book if you are bringing a dog. (We have dog shampoo and sheets) Please do not let dogs into the Japanese-style room. The Konami Beach is right in front of you, so please remove any sand before entering the room. You can use the wood-burning fireplace from November to February of the following year.
