Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Oberon

Jane was a friendly and helpful host who wanted to ensure our stay was a good one. She was available if needed but left us to do our thing. The location was great to access town, the wineries and other nearby places. The house was older style but spacious and well equipped. Great to bunker done in with a good book and puzzle. The front yard was huge and enclosed, perfect for our pooch. We had a great time and even experienced a little snow one day! Would definitely stay here again on a return trip.

we spent 3 nights in mid June we absolutely loved the house, amenities, welcome gifts and location which is a short walk to the centre of town. The house was better than we anticipated and is stocked with everything needed for a home away from home. Dominica is responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. We highly recommend the house.

Had a lovely stay! The place was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Communication with the host was smooth and easy and they were very responsive and helpful. The location was convenient and quiet, making it a great spot to relax.

This was our second stay at Piccolo and it continued to impress. Our (now) elderly dogs loved the garden - although their little legs struggled on the stairs this time. The fully equipped kitchen and gorgeously warm living areas made us feel right at home. Michael was a great host - providing plenty of clear instructions and helpful suggestions of what to do, where to eat and what to visit.

Whole family really enjoyed our stay in Orange. Victoria is an excellent host. The welcome wine and chocolates were a lovely thought and greatly appreciated, as is the well stocked kitchen and fridge that had everything needed to get the weekend off to a great start. The house actually exceeded our expectations and if anything the photos don't do it justice. Victoria even organised for there to be snow, which was very clever of her. Will recommend to friends and family who are looking to visit our clan in Orange in the future.

We spent the long weekend at Adrian’s place and could not have been happier. The house was so inviting, very tidy and clean, with beautiful decor/furnishings and all the creature comforts. An added bonus is that the property is within walking g distance to the town centre AND the Three Sisters/Leura Cascades. Adrian is a great host - he provided us with milk, tea, coffee and breakfast things, including a loaf of gorgeous fresh bread from the local bakery. The whole experience was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend this place for a weekend stay (or longer). It’s in the perfect location. Thank you Adrian for making our stay so easy. 😊

I’ve stayed in over 50 rentals through Airbnb and VRBO in the last four years, and this is truly one of the best. There’s always something small missing in other places—a detail that could’ve made the stay better—but here, it was hard to find anything to complain about. Everything was thoughtfully done and perfectly maintained. You honestly can’t go wrong. It’s absolutely worth the short drive if you’re considering staying closer to the Three Sisters or in town—This is the place to be.

This Airbnb is very worthwhile. The amenities and location were perfect. Josephine and Scott were wonderful hosts and put a lot of thought into the stay. The location is very peaceful with a great view. The Airbnb was super clean and had everything needed, with thought out decor and styling. It is a perfect place for a getaway. Would highly recommend!!

Jo and her family are lovely and welcoming. We had a great stay. It was exactly what we needed. Quiet. Peaceful. Surrounded by nature and animals. Beds were very comfortable. Jo made fresh sourdough, provided eggs and vegetables. It was a lovely unexpected touch to supporting our time there. Lovely wineries and cafe's within a 15 minute drive. Highly recommend staying here.

Lovely view to the east, with the sun shining onto the bed in the morning which I love. Short drive into Bathurst town centre. Hosts were nice and friendly but not at all intrusive. Might not be suitable just to hang around all day but was perfect to arrive in the afternoon, relax before our show, stay overnight and then have a leisurely departure next day.

We had a restful weekend at the Clarence Homestead! The house and amenities exactly as described, the kitchen was so well stocked with so many appliances and all the useful things that you would need. It made cooking meals very easy, as you felt right at home with nothing missing. The house was so spacious and clean, we were very surprised by the indoor pool being accessed directly from the house and not having to actually go outdoors to access the pool. We had an issue with main bed aircon not turning on part way through out stay and Shanthan was so accommodating and arranged for a heater to be delivered by the cleaners, extremely responsive to us via messages throughout our whole stay. We will definitely stay again!

This is our second time staying at Hayley’s place and we absolutely loved it! The farm house has everything you could want from a home away from home. Super comfortable beds, clean and tidy rooms and little thoughtful touches such as chocolate/lolly jars, candles, books, games and toys. Sitting on the deck looking at the view is such a highlight of this property. The main draw card for us was the animals and we loved spending time with them. Thanks for having us again, Hayley.

The Convent is a charming four bedroom two bathroom home. The outdoor space is stunning and we saw wild kangaroos roaming around each morning. Indoor fireplace keeps you warm and there is also a/c. The backyard balcony is very pretty with plenty of seats and a bench style table there is also a small barbecue. The gravesite at the back of the property is interesting and well worth a visit. The main bathroom has a very leaky bath shower set up which floods the floor app this bathroom is due for an upgrade sometime this year. There is an outdoor fire pit. The lounge room is very spacious with three comfortable lounges. There was a great supply of items in the pantry and also in the refrigerator Some toiletries were provided. The host was very responsive with communication and assistance as required. There is plenty of parking alongside the property. There is a pub just a few minutes up the road and also a coffee shop across the road. We really enjoyed our stay at the Convent.

Had the most beautiful and cosy stay at ‘Amongst The Vines’ first time visiting the region and this little gem was in the perfect location, less then ten mins from town and within an hours drive to Kanangra Boyd National Park. The fireplace was the absolute cherry on top, we had is running as soon as we got up in the morning. The perfect winter escape, we were even lucky enough to experience snowfall!

Carlos has a beautiful place with breathtaking views and is the perfect destination to relax and disconnect from a busy life. This was my first experience with airbnb and the bar was set very high. It was my daughters choice and she loved it all. Thanks again for the best time. Highly recommended.

Perfect weekend getaway with the family + pooches. The property was beautifully furnished inside with warm touches, we felt right at home. Not too far from city centre, very convenient to walk to shops/restaurants. Great hosts.

Sarah was an incredible host - so easy to communicate with and nothing was ever hassle. A really beautiful property that’s perfect for families - kids had the best time checking in on and feeding the animals, playing soccer with Ace and hanging out with their beautiful border collie. Such a shame we didn’t book more time to really relax and saviour the experience.

The Shearer’s Cottage was absolutely beautiful. Very beautiful surrounds - so peaceful to wander around. It was great having a little fireplace too! Everything was very comfortable. Ryan was very helpful and friendly. The town was also close by if you needed anything. Would definitely stay again.
