The ideal feel-good base for families, friends & water sports enthusiasts. Two bedrooms and a spacious living room with sofa bed can accommodate 7 people. The apartment is also ideally located for the exhibition grounds (OLMA) and the university in St. Gallen. Our guests benefit from free SUP & kayak rental at the Lake Constance Canoe School.

You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house is another apartment… Captains Suite.

The three-room apartment with separate entrance is 78 m² and has a terrace across the entire width, directly to the garden. Hikes or bike tours can be started directly from the house. It is located on the 2nd floor of the historic main house and has a spacious terrace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. From the bedroom you have a beautiful lake view.
