Loft holiday rentals in Obersee

Thanks to Uwe & Cornelia for the friendly host in their special modern re-designed ancient mill loft. Beautifull town and excellent starting point for a star trip around black forest villages and panoramic roads. Everything as expected.

We had a wonderful stay at Mathias and Christina’s beautiful home. The apartment was even better in person and fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and they have a nice grill for your use. They even left some beverages, cookies and candy to welcome us. The area is beautiful and was close enough for us to drive and explore. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their apartment for your next stay in beautiful Switzerland!

We had a wonderful stay at the loft! The apartment is perfectly equipped, very clean, incredibly cozy and furnished with a lot of taste – you immediately feel comfortable. The location is absolutely top, central yet quiet. Nina was super helpful and friendly – we felt well looked after all around and even baby equipment was made available to us. A very clear recommendation!

It's all as described. When we arrived, the key handover was completely problem-free with a key safe. The apartment was super clean and tidy. Everything you need for a problem-free comfortable stay is available. I would like to classify the contact with the landlord Christoph as uncomplicated, friendly and helpful. It was also pleasant for us that you could park right in front of the house. Shopping facilities (Edeka etc.) in the immediate vicinity of the apartment are available. All in all, a nice stay. Friends and acquaintances who want to explore the Schaffhausen region and the surrounding area in Switzerland, but do not want to pay Swiss prices, I would recommend the apartment. The apartment is in a great location, exactly matches the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the neighboring hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to use the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he reimbursed us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

Great place. Especially the small shop in the building with local products. The tables in front of the house invite you to linger. The waterfall is super beautiful and only 3 minutes' walk away! Great accommodation!

Very welcoming, friendly and attent hosts with whom we had many nice talks during our stay. The space is clean and as prescribed; nicely decorated and well-equipped. We didn't miss a thing during our stay. It's a peaceful neighbourhood, very close to a bus station and a supermarket. Train station and city centre also within a walking distance. We had a lovely stay.

Beautiful apartment! Very comfortable bed, very nice bathroom, ideal kitchen, very nice terrace with deckchairs although we could not enjoy it because of the rain. The accommodation was very clean, and we were delighted to find various products such as toothpaste in the kitchen or bathroom. The only small downside would be the size of the television which is quite small compared to the distance from the sofa but nothing too disturbing. Finally, the hosts are very welcoming, flexible and very warm! Perfect! We'd love to come back 🤗

Michael's loft was easy to find. It is walking dance to a lot of shops, restaurants and to the train station. We felt really at home.

That was a wonderful stay with Mary! Very clean and cozy apartment, furnished with many beautiful details. Communication with Mary was warm and very good. The location of Ftan is fantastic. I'd come back anytime!

The apartment is very spacious with excellent amenities and a unique architectural flare. The sauna was amazing along with the very large bathtub. The rooms were well laid out for a family of four with bunk beds a good option for our son and daughter. The location was near three tram stops on lines 2 and 3 in Zurich. We did get the Zurich card and used it for the tram as well as a lake Zurich cruise. The area is very quiet and most of the restaurants are in an adjacent neighborhood which was fine for us. We spent a couple of days around Zurich and then took trains to Lucerne and Interlaken one day. It was very convenient to get to these cities and get back to Zurich in the same day.

We would definitely come back and can recommend the place. Quiet side street location, good parking, and numerous shopping opportunities nearby. The bedding was cozy and fragrant, the accommodation is bright, clean and comfortably furnished. In between, it was a bit stuffy - but the temperature was easy to control thanks to electric shutters (a lot of sun on large windows has this effect, so this is already complaining at a high level). There were many free items in the accommodation, which we found to be particularly accommodating. We also used the bicycles in between and were very happy about this option. A small vase with flowers on the table was also sweet. You can see that a lot of attention is paid to detail here. There are instructions and tips for everything in the accommodation, so no question remains unanswered. And if so: Thomas was always friendly and very easy to reach.

Super host, very friendly and I will also book with him again in the future when I am in the area. The train station is right around the corner, so you can quickly reach your destination even without a car and the location is very quiet.

Staying at Kai’s place was such a unique and relaxing experience! Sleeping in a hammock was surprisingly comfortable, and it made for a memorable stay. The space was clean, peaceful, and had everything I needed. Kai was very welcoming and provided clear instructions. If you’re looking for a cozy and adventurous stay, I’d highly recommend this place!

Immediately felt at home here as a foreigner for my first time in Europe. I highly recommend coming here to stay for school, travel, etc. Beautiful town to stay in and a relaxing place to stay!

The accommodation (loft) is unusually large, which does not seem overwhelming due to the slopes. This is also where you can spend several months. Brigitte is always friendly and helpful, as is her family/grandchildren. Despite a case of illness, everything went smoothly. I also liked that the bed is a little separated from the rest of the room. The Crescentia Pilgrimage is nearby. The only downside is that there are no shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity, but the hostess can't do anything for it:-) For this, it is quiet and tranquil in the small village with a pretty church.

First of all, my express thanks to the landlord, who easily made a longer stay possible. Angelika is very friendly and helpful and there was a quick answer or help with questions. During my stay I was very satisfied with the apartment, it is spacious, light and functionally furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, everything you need is available. The bed is comfortable, the apartment clean – as it should be. The large parking lot and good transport connections are definitely a plus, especially if you are on mobile, so you can quickly get to Balingen or in nature if you like to hike. In all points, a very nice place to stay, which I am happy to recommend.
