We enjoyed our stay here very much!Checking in was seamless as the instructions were very helpful. The photos look exactly like the place, it’s very clean, and you have everything you need to feel right at home- even parking. We did experience a noisy neighbor but the host responded immediately to address it and we were able to continue to enjoy our stay. I would definitely book again! It was the perfect place for my little family.

We had a great weekend in San Diego staying here. The apartment is very clean, building is chic, and the bed was very comfortable. The area makes it central to walk / drive to lots of different neighborhoods in San Diego. The actual surrounding streets aren't very cute to walk on, but it is still a very convenient location and 20 minute walk to the Midway Museum / Broadway pier. The host was great and highly communicative. Overall a very positive experience.

Charlotta was very helpful with the instructions and communicative. The apartment was perfect for our stay to watch the Padres play. Lots of walkable things to do. The apartment felt like home and was comfortable. Easy check in and checkout. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone you wants bay and city views.

The host and unit were awesome! Perfectly located in the Gaslamp District just one block away from Fifth street which was full of activities on the weekend. Easy walk to the waterfront, loved sitting on the balcony people watching, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The place was very spacious, well decorated, and had all the kitchen amenities. We cooked in 2 nights. CVS within 2 min walk and Ralph’s 7 min walk. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

I was here for a conference and this was a great location! Come out of the building, go one block over and across the pedestrian bridge and you’re right there, so that was great. The bed was super comfortable. It doesn’t have a coffee machine, which would have added a great benefit to the place! Also, there are several cabinets and items labeled “Owner Only” which was the first time I had see that in an Airbnb. Not a problem but good to know before you get there. Overall, it was a great location, good stay. Thank you!

We had a great stay! The view of Petco Park was spectacular. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay… the bed and pillows were awesome and we slept well. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, and it was nice to be able to do a load of laundry if needed.

We stayed at Vidal's place to attend our niece's graduation from UCSD, and it was perfect! The bed was comfortable, my sister could crash on the couch, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The place was super clean and exactly as described . check in was easy and everything we wanted to check out around La Jolla was only a seven minute to fifteen minute drive.

We had a great stay. Great location. walking distance to stores and dinning. Loved the pool and weight room. Perfect for what we needed.

We had a wonderful time and the location is perfect. The host is super responsive and we had such a wonderful time. Great location with so many places walkable. We literally parked and never drove again. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals and the bay was just steps away!

Stayed 4 nights with my partner and toddler and what a great place and hosts! By far the friendliest and most accommodating. Natasha made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed before check-in. Stellar communication during our stay and very responsive. The extra toilet paper and paper towels left on the doorstep helped to spot the apt too! We really appreciated the flexibility with our reservation. Asked for a late check out as our flight wasn't until 4 and Natasha was glad to help. This saved hours in the airport but most notably my son was able to finish napping which set us up for success on the way home. This stay felt more like house sitting for family/friends than a typical Airbnb. Only issue was trying to come/go with a stroller...didn't see a ramp or entrance without stairs, probably just overlooked it. Neighborhood is very walkable w/ lots to explore. Our last stop was the farmers market which was excellent too! Definitely recommend and would stay again!!!

Our stay was smooth and peaceful without any issues. The apartment looked exactly as in the pictures. The host is very responsive and willing to help. I would definitely be staying again when we visit San Diego.

I loved how spacious, clean and quiet the resort was. The lobby was nice as well. Things did start off bumpy with the host I checked in with, she was trying to take her lunch and her co-worker was in training so unable to check me in without help. So evidently I interrupted the lunch of said host and she was angry and let it be known. I expressed it wasn’t my fault she was having to work while on lunch but we were already checking in an hour and a half late and did not want to wait for her lunch to be over. I was not angry with the host, I understand her frustration but also, I’ve never been asked to wait to check-in until the employees lunch is over. Overall the pros outweighed the cons.

I was there for work and the location is very centrally located in downtown San Diego. It was very clean place.

Felt incredibly welcomed by John and made it feel very comfortable for family of 4. Great location in a good neighborhood, quick to access to freeways for easy activities throughout city. Will definitely visit again.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Tim’s cute and serene French style home. You can tell that Tim and his wife put a lot of thought and care into providing their guests with a wonderful stay. It was one of the cleanest Airbnbs that I have ever stayed in and had the fanciest amenities, like L’Occitane bath products and Nespresso coffee. It was well stocked with all the tools we needed to make meals. The towels were so soft and smelled great. The beds were very comfortable. The back yard was stunning and was very private. There were plenty of towels for the pool/spa. The heated pool, which costs $75 extra/day to have heated, was worth it during the June gloom weather. The location was very convenient to the 5, 805, and 52 freeways. There was spacious parking in the drive way, enough for 2 cars. I would advise any guests to avoid parking on the street, because the neighbor across the street is territorial about the street parking in front of his home.

We absolutely loved this place!! It’s was spotless clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood (perfect for a family), and on top of it all, my kiddo loved the free snacks. The whole experience felt like a hotel, but obviously more spacious and comfortable. I would definitely go back and recommend!

Very beautiful house with many locations nearby to go hang out, the home itself was very cozy we would love to stay again

Amazing place and definitely would stay again! Central location, clean and cozy for a family of four and our kids basically lived in the pool and hot tub (supervised) when we weren’t out and about. Great host, felt like home and fully stocked kitchen.

The house is clean, spacious, and has great decorations. We find it comfortable to stay in Lawrence's house. The host was also very nice and called us to ask whether there was anything we needed to make our experience better. However, there are about 10 high stairs to the front entrance, which is not ideal for people who have difficulty climbing stairs or young children. It is not a big deal for us, but we do have a toddler, so we need to be extra careful to get in and out of the house. The kitchen would benefit from having an electric kettle, so getting hot drinks (tea, instant coffee) would be easier.

Loved this place! It was very small inside the house but truthfully we spent all our time enjoying the beautiful backyard. Lizette was very accommodating and understanding about everything we asked for which is very appreciated. Would book here again.
