Unique Home built over the bay with private porch on pylons. Watch sunsets on the bay from your couch or relax on the deck and watch the boats glide by just feet away from you. This perfect getaway is nestled directly on the bay with amazing views and a peaceful feel. The two-story townhouse is located downtown on 7th street just a short 4-block walk to the sand and all the boardwalk attractions but far enough removed to be quiet and completely relaxed. 1 dedicated parking space included.

HUGE bayside condo just 2 blocks from the ocean

Spacious 4th floor 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo across from the White Marlin Open weigh in station. King size master bedroom with a large shower and standalone garden tub, 2nd bedroom is a Queen size princess suite, 2 Full size beds in the 3rd bedroom with its own full bathroom (with tub) and entrance door. Meticulously maintained with many amenities. Plenty of space for 8-10 adults, 2 blocks off the beach and boardwalk, walking distance to many great restaurants, and indoor pool access.
