The condo is located on the 3rd floor. it is a short 1.5 block to the beach. the condo also has a shared pool on the property. Lots of restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Check in days from June 7th-Aug 30 are on Sunday with a 7 night minimum during those dates. Otherwise there is a 3 night minimum for all other times with any day available for check in. We will provide linens, sheets and 8 bath towels.
