Enjoy this one bedroom one bath condo in Jamaica Bay. New flooring, new paint & new bathroom! Sleeps 4. Nice outdoor pool that rarely gets crowded. Great parking lot. One block to the beach, one block to Jolly Rogers waterpark & amusement park, lots of restaurants & bars to walk to, walk to boardwalk & convention center. Great location and tucked into a quiet alcove. Full kitchen, washer & dryer, queen bed in bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room. We take great pride in keeping our condos clean.
