Private apartment suite attached to our house. It has 1 BR. WE ARE NOT ON THE BEACH, but we are very close to Barnegat Bay & Ocean county new jersey coastline. We are 15 miles from seaside heights. 25 miles from long beach island. 4 miles from Cedar Creek & new Berkeley Island County Park. Smithville is 35 min drive. Atlantic city is 45 min drive. It is clean, private, functional, affordable and comfortable suite. HONEY BEES, DOGS, & CHICKENS ON PROPERTY. The animals do make noise.

Enough parking lot for ab 4 cars(URL HIDDEN) House is dog friendly (2 pet max) extra fee for pets. There's not previous showing of the house while guests are staying, my guests privacy, and satisfaction are my goal. Price may vary for season to season. Property is smoke-free. Parties or events are not allow.

Magnificent Bay Views

Spectacular unobstructed views of Barnegat Bay. Secluded home directly on the bay with plenty of outside seating both on the decks and along the bay front. 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with plenty of space to spread out in the open floor plan first floor. Three upstairs bedrooms have direct access to decks and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There are upper and lower decks facing the bay so you can enjoy the sun and scenery.

Christians’s place is truly a gem! The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and relaxing with a beautiful outdoor space and view. Christian provides everything you could ever need, including beach passes, chairs, bikes, and treats! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!

This little oasis is PRISTINE! It was beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. The location is walking distance to the boardwalk but also removed enough from the riff raff. I felt safe as a single woman and slept amazing. Everything you could need in inside the house and my favorite part of the home was the enclosed porch. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Would love to come again. :)

Our stay at Marie's met all of our expectations. We have stayed in Ocean Gate before but the privacy of a separate house is always welcome. The neighbors were residents and not renters but welcomed us and were friendly and helpful. Marie addressed some minor issues that we had and adjusted for us as necessary. The house had everything we needed both inside and out. Overall, we had a great stay and do expect to return to Marie's place in the future.
