Maria was incredibly accommodating during our stay. The location was perfect—just a short drive or walk to downtown Red Bank. The house looked exactly like the pictures, and we felt safe and comfortable the entire time.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was just what we needed! Grew up in NJ at the shore and moved to Nashville Tennessee years ago and we’re just craving getting back to the beach and some good food. Scott and Catherine were so amazing and very hospitable. We walked to the beach every night and in the mornings to the local bagel shop in town All Star Bagels and loved it. It was just what we needed. Loved Brooklyn pizza 5 minutes away in Bradley Beach for our pizza fill. Felt like home! Can’t say enough about these awesome people. We would definitely come back and stay again! Don’t hesitate if you want a stay on the Jersey shore in an authentic older Victorian style home with lots of character and the most amazing hosts you could ask for! Book it!!!!

We had quite an enjoyable weekend staying at Debra’s house. It was very spacious, spotless, comfortable, and in short walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Debra was an extremely accommodating, helpful host, and super prompt in her communications. My family and I would stay here again in an instant!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful beach house in Belmar! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious, clean, and thoughtfully set up everything was. 🏡 Layout & Space: The home comfortably accommodated our entire group with 3 full bedrooms and a loft area turned into a fourth bedroom featuring fun bunk beds—a huge hit with the kids! With 3 full bathrooms, there was never any wait or hassle getting ready, even with a full house. 🌅 Wrap-Around Porch: One of our favorite parts of the house was the wrap-around porch—perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, or just relaxing with a book while enjoying the fresh air. It gave the home a peaceful, coastal charm that really set the mood for our trip. 🎲 Entertainment & Games: There were plenty of games and activities provided, which kept both adults and kids entertained on our indoor days. The house truly felt like a vacation home made for memory-making. 🌊 perfect if you love being near the water.

We so enjoyed our stay on the beach! Highly recommend - the porch was stunning and was perfect for gatheirng family together for a cookout. Place was warm, inviting, and had alll the essentials. Short walk to the beach with chairs included at the house. Great Jersey Shore weekend!

Truly enjoyed the accommodations and it just felt so homey and easy for us to find and use everything at Cody’s place…will definitely come back again…check in and check out so easy …great place for anyone who wants to be close to the beach and walk to other areas for food and other things to do 🩷🥰

Great 3 night short stay at Jennifer’s place. Layout was great for our family group of 5, all adults. Lots of bedrooms (5) & bathrooms (4). House was exactly as described. Jennifer was quick to reply to any questions I asked. She also gave us a much appreciated late checkout as no one was arriving that day. We loved the bedroom with books, games & puzzles! A nice touch. We had rain, so this was great. One thing to note: 4 beach chairs & 4 beach passes. We were short one of each. Thank you! Would recommend!!!

Robert’s place was incredible! Beautiful interior with stunning art and decor… plus super clean and updated. Everything from the comfortable beds to the bikes and beach chairs made our stay perfect. Robert was super responsive to all of our questions, even when we accidentally forgot the bike lock code and had to reach out for a quick reply! The location is so perfect - conveniently close to everything in Asbury park. Hope to come back and stay here again!

Great location in Belmar. Walking distance to the beach and downtown area. Tami was a very generous host and we had everything we needed for a beach weekend. Communication was seamless. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again!

Dave and Marisa are exceptional hosts. They are thoughtful, responsive and accommodating. This home in Neptune was the perfect getaway for me and the family. Well stocked kitchen with clean and tasteful decor throughout the home, easy walk to the beach, and Neptune…what a gem! I will definitely return.

Lorine was extremely helpful during my stay. We arrived to the house in beautiful condition. It was cozy and clean and the view of the water from the porch was perfect . Our stay was peaceful and the pictures did not do the house justice! The two bedrooms were much bigger than expected, the space was cozy but spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed including a binder with some tips and a menu of some places to eat nearby. I would definitely recommend Lizette and Lorine’s place for a relaxing getaway if you’re staying in Long branch, NJ, visiting Monmouth and/or hoping to be close to beaches!

We stayed in Chris' apartment for a few days over Father's Day weekend. It's a cozy place in a great location — very close to nightlife, shopping and even the boardwalk/beach if you're up for a 10-15 minute walk. Chris was great at communicating instructions and helpful tips during our stay. It's on the second floor so there are stairs to climb and something to consider if you have a dog who isn't used to stairs. Ours was totally okay with it. She loved the backyard as there were always squirrels hanging around. We didn't use the swim spa/hot tub but it looked impressive. The kitchen has plates, dishes, etc. and they even squeezed in a washer/dryer which was really great to have. The beds were very comfortable which for me is super important. There was a queen bed in one room and a king bed in a back room which has an slanted ceiling so it's a little tricky getting in and out but we managed. This is an excellent spot for a weekend by Belmar's bars, restaurants and the beach!

Very cute apartment in a great location. Private, peaceful and relaxing with breathtaking views of the bay. Amazing sunrise/sunsets. Annette was a great host making us feel welcome with some delicious treats upon arrival. Great communication. House was equipped with everything we could’ve needed and House Binder had all the info clearly spelled out. Would highly recommended and will definitely be back for a sweet escape!

My best friend and I enjoyed a summer weekend in Belmar at Joanne’s rental. It was exactly as the pictures show and it was perfect! The beach was about a 10 minute walk which was great and the street was mostly quiet. The beach locker housed plenty of chairs and an umbrella and we utilized the beach passes every day. Parking on the street wasn’t always available, so parking in the driveway was a huge plus. It was nice to use the outdoor shower to rinse off our feet after the beach, and the front porch was the perfect place to read and eat dinner. The central air worked great and cooled the small space easily. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice, big, and clean. Joanne so generous to let us stay a little bit after checkout and read on her porch to wait out a rainstorm. She was also flexible with check-in. She is very responsive and kind. I hope to return to this lovely place in the future! Would highly recommend!

Just 3 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to the boardwalk. Beautiful apartment, looks like it was recently painted and renovated. Everything is very fresh and new. L

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip to visit with family. The location was great! We walked everywhere. The back sitting area was so peaceful and beautiful at sunset. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed for the week as a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children). The condo is on the third floor and was easily accessible for check in. The space was immaculate, modern, spacious and well layed out, which made our stay very enjoyable. The kitchen was super clean and had all amenities that we needed. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were just the right size. The bathroom has the laundry in it and was also very clean and well lit. The entire home is decorated beautifully with a beachy/ Jersey shore theme. We appreciated the TVs and AC in the bedrooms and the two different coffee makers in the kitchen give people a great choice! We enjoyed the short, easy walk to the beach/boardwalk. Also, the binder with all instructions and restaurant/ activity recommendations was amazing! The beach passes were a big plus! Overall, Danielle was so very thoughtful and welcoming with all her details in the home. We can't wait to stay again!

The property was extremely cared for, clean and well decorated. The location is a few feet from the beach! The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. Charleen is very attentive and proactive as a host and the instructions are clear. and simple. We appreciated a clean vacuum cleaner to keep the place tidy. The laundry is easily accessible and we enjoyed a basement that is dry and in order. There is literally everything in this place to enjoy your time. On of the best I experienced. If not my top one in 11 years on the platform. Well done!

Location location location! Quick walk to the boardwalk and beach, and just around the corner from Cheesesteak Louie’s and Klee’s Bar and Grill, both highly recommended! Also just a few steps from Ryan’s Deli where we got some good bagels on our last morning. I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive at first, as it’s not much to look at from the outside. Directly across the street, there’s a large vacant home adjacent to a large, weed filled vacant lot, but that meant it was a little more quiet I guess? The renters/tenants of the other units were friendly enough, even invited my dad for a late night Scotch on the patio. The unit is nicely decorated with a lot of cute beach themed bric-a-brac. Kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast, even if the pots and pans were a little worse for wear. I slept on the bottom bunk and had no complaints or issues sleeping. My parents had the Queen and they seem satisfied. All in all Jessica’s place was a great value for what we paid.

Extremely nice play! The host was very accommodating and nice. They were very quick to respond and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and even extended our time there. The boardwalk is quick walk away and I enjoyed morning runs in the area. I would definitely recommend the stay

Julianna’s place was clean and she was very friendly. The only thing was the sink was leaking. I called them right away and they were quick to help. Attentive. Overall great stay great location it was 1 min walk to the boardwalk which has everything to do.

We have stayed at this property in past. There have been many improvements done to the upstairs unit. New furniture and updated bathrooms were a very pleasant surprise. The view is spectacular from many locations in the unit. I look forward to my next stay at this beautiful unit.

This is the perfect little space for a few days at the beach. The location was fantastic for my family-we have two small children and were able to cut 2 blocks over and be on the boardwalk, but still have it be peaceful at night. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Karl was proactive with reaching out and ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Overall everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

I stayed here for a long weekend while visiting friends and was so impressed with the cleanliness, updated amenities, and private parking. Myra was incredibly helpful leading up to my stay, allowing for an early check in and clear instructions on how to access the unit. Upon arriving there was a handwritten note and a basket full of various provisions. I would stay here time and time again! It was a wonderful experience
