Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Canoe, kayaks and paddle board available for your use. Delaware is a 420 friendly state. Local dispensaries within 30mins. We will make exceptions for extra guests. Just ask. Our property has 3 units. You have the entire 2 upper floors. 1st flr is owner occupied and cottage is also a rental. As it says common area so there will be others occupying the same 1st flr deck area. Our home is dog friendly so there will be dogs here.

We're a short bike ride to the beach, bars and boardwalk! Feel free to take a ride on our bicycles, beach supplies and kayaks.
