Centrally located home, close to all, ONLY 10 MINUTES TO THE MARINA AND THE NEW GAYLOR RESORT/ CONVENTION CENTER OPENING ON MAY 15, 2025. 2.5 miles from the beach, 15 minutes from downtown San Diego. Within walking distance to restaurants, park, grocery store, & restaurants. The house feels very comfortable with warm colors with all the essentials to make you feel at home. Make this house your home away from home! Will not rent if the majority of the group is under 25 years old. STAY WITH US!

Esta a minutos de excelentes restaurantes, el Estadio Caliente de los Xolos y el Centro Cultural Tijuana (CECUT). Hi there! :) My apartment is in Tijuana Mexico is 5 minutes walk from the San Ysidro border crossing. As you cross into USA you see "Las Americas" outlet.
