Beach apartment holiday rentals in Ocean Walk Resort Condo, Daytona Beach

We were very happy with our choice of stay. The host was fantastic! There was a slight confusion about the parking garage when we arrived and there were a few nights that there were no parking spots available in the garage to park. Other than that I would and will be booking again if we visit Daytona Beach again!!

Place was very clean and easy to access! Loved the atmosphere of the resort and all of the amenities available. Walking distance from many places, overall great place to stay and would definitely come back!

Everything as described. Amazing ocean view. Great location. We walked to everything. Our daughter competed in the NCA Cheer Nationals while we were here. We were able to walk right over to watch all her grass practices and to the bandshell for performances and get to enjoy all the pools and ocean too. We had our daughter, son in law and 1 yr old granddaughter with us and everything was so convenient. Perfect location to do everything. The staff was so friendly. Check in and check out was quick. We are already missing our ocean view morning coffee. :( Our granddaughter even learned a new word too… OCEAN!

Thank you so much to my host Andrew. The condo was absolutely beautiful and very clean. I had a few issues with booking but Andrew helped walk me thru everything and even made a few phone calls on my behalf(issues nothing Andrew did) so very helpful which I appreciated so much. My sons 18 birthday was the best birthday he as ever had per him. The resort I can’t even describe how amazing it is. The food was very good and prices I thought were very reasonable Activities for the children live music and the lazy river was absolutely our favorite. Staff was so friendly. We will definitely be coming back hopefully soon!

We had the best time!!! The kids were entertained the ENTIRE time which never happens. It was very spacious and clean. We will definitely be back. We have stayed at many different Daytona properties over the years. This has been my favorite so far!

We had a great stay! The location really was a positive. We had many restaurants within walking distance and the beach was very clean and well kept. We also had a beautiful view of the beach from our balcony. The only negative was that the kitchen could have been better stocked and there was very limited beach equipment.

As for the room itself, and the amenities included, it is well worth it when you are utilizing what the resort has to offer. The room was clean, the balcony offered a good view. We were allowed to check in slightly early, which helped us get everything into the room easier and without waiting. The room is also close to the elevators, which was a plus.

Samantha was very easy to work with. Listing was exactly what it was shown. As in all Daytona condos they are outdated, however that doesn’t affect the quality of the place. I asked a lot of questions and she responded quickly! Had everything we needed for the beach and cooking. We will book again if we come back to Daytona.

Had a great time visiting Daytona this weekend! The location is perfect and close to everything-easy access to boardwalk and extremely walkable. Super comfy inside the apartment and had plenty of extras to make it feel like home!

We had a wonderful stay in Daytona Beach Shores! Staylah has an exceptional team—communication was clear and timely from the moment we booked through the end of our trip. Upon arrival, we had a small hiccup locating the temporary parking pass, but Camilo responded right away and quickly resolved the issue. The unit itself is beautiful—very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully updated with modern lighting, fixtures, and appliances. You can tell care and attention went into making the space comfortable and stylish. One of our favorite parts was the view—overlooking the Halifax River with a clear view of the Speedway in the distance. It was a peaceful and unique bonus that made the stay even more special. Highly recommend this place, and we’d definitely love to stay again!

I loved Melissa’s place. It was a very nice condo. Big inside, pictures didn’t do justice. Plenty of room for 6 of us. My daughter loves the jacuzzi bath tub. Bathroom in the master bedroom was huge. Bed was very comfy. Key pad for entries, one code for all of the condo and different one for her door. Made it safe. Pool area was nice and clean. Beach as always was beautiful. I hope to come back soon. Spent lots of time on the balcony you can actually see ocean and river sitting there. 🏖️😊

Marianela was amazing, we were able to meet her when we arrived and talked for a while. She was super responsive and told us some great recommendations for restaurants and what to do. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Walking distance to beach and restaurants, will definitely stay here again if in NSB. Thank you for everything Marianela!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and exactly like the photos. It was a perfect place to rest between my son’s baseball games for a local tournament, with easy access to the amenities and the local must see/eat/do with in walking distance to the beach! Would stay again!

We had a lovely two weeks in this condo! It was easy to find, check in to, and park. The condo and views look just like the photos. The building is older, but the condo was clean and bright and had plenty of room for four adults. The view of the ocean and beach is amazing and the pool is really nice. The unit has a great kitchen, nice showers, a full size washer and dryer, and a big table. The check out procedure was super easy! We would definitely go back and recommend this place.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay at Sea Coast Gardens III I’ve been visiting New Smyrna Beach since the 1970s, and Sea Coast Gardens III continues to impress. The recent updates to the property are fantastic—everything feels fresh, clean, and well cared for. The location is unbeatable with direct beach access and a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. A great mix of nostalgia and modern comfort. We’ll be back!

Very nice condo and great communication. The ocean view was my favorite to wake up to every morning. Was nice having a dollar general and grocery store in walking distance for any last minute needs. Highly recommended it’s truly a great spot and very roomy.

Lovely, expansive corner balcony with spectacular sunrise views. Great building amenities! Kitchen and balcony grill made fun family dinner activities. Wonderful long walks on the beach with our sweet furry family member.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had! The condo is amazing and in a great location. Lucas and his team were professional and easy to work with. Would stay there again!

We were in town for a graduation at Embry Riddle, location was good and near groceries and restaurants. View is amazing day and night! We had an assigned parking space which was nice. Very private and elevators had no wait times. This is a very unique building. We did not use the pool area or beach due to weather but we did go downstairs and play ping pong. We were here two days so not much time to explore. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Came to New Smyrna beach for the first time to celebrate our 10 year anniversary with our 2 kids, 7 and 9. The condo was just as described and the pictures don’t do it justice. The view was spectacular and the beach was absolutely perfect. The condo was well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a week with the family on the beach. The pool was never crowded and the tenants were all pleasant. The condo has a closet stocked with beach chairs, toys and umbrella , which was something we were hoping to find. There isn’t many places to eat this side of New Smyrna but there is an amazing Mexican restaurant up the street that kept us well fed. My family and I will 100% be back to the area and hope to make it back to the condo.

What an amazing condo. The pictures truly reflect the spacious living quarters. The interior design is absolutely beautiful. And the view is stunning. We had a wonderful family vacation and hope to return in the future.
