THE TURQUOISE HOUSE WITH AN OCEAN VIEW

The Turquoise house has two floors. Downstairs there is a room with a double bed and a full bathroom and another with bunk beds. Upstairs there is a kitchen equipped with dishes, oven and refrigerator, table with benches and living room with ocean views. The barbecue is in the garden surrounded by trees. The water is from a well, the electricity and the gas from a cylinder. It can be accessed by car because it is on the last street that can be crossed with a vehicle from the seaside resort. Then walking about 200 meters through the dunes you reach the sea.

Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Tiene WIFI, TV , Caja de Seguridad, Aire Acondicionado ❄️ y estufa a leña 🔥. En Otoño-Invierno estamos con Desayuno casero ☕️ incluido y leña de Cortesía.

The cottage is located on the beachfront of Playa Norte and a few steps from the "center". It is ideal for relaxing and interacting with the natural environment that a magical place like Cabo Polonio offers. LED lights, 220v converter for cell phones and small speakers, a heater in the shower, and a minibar. The house does not include bed linens, we recommend bringing yours or if you need to rent, let us know in advance!
