THE TURQUOISE HOUSE WITH AN OCEAN VIEW

The turquoise house has two floors. Downstairs has a room with double bed and complete bathroom and another with bunk beds. Upstairs there is a kitchen equipped with crockery, oven and refrigerator, table with benches and living room with ocean views. In the garden surrounded by trees is the barbecue. The water is from the well, the electric light and the carafe gas. It can be accessed by car as it is on the last street accessible by car from the spa. Then walking about 200 meters through the dunes you reach the sea.

Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. My place is at the beach. You’ll love my place because of the views, its location, and outdoor space. Good for couples and solo adventurers or couples with a child (no toddlers since there is a staircase and a deck without railings). Enjoy it all year round as it has hot/cold AC. Extra pet fee. You get to the door by car BY A SPECIFIC AND UNIQUE ROAD. Private parking right by the cabin; you get to the front door. We will give you the directions previously. :)

El Ranchito / First Line North Beach

The cottage is located on the beachfront of Playa Norte and a few steps from the "center". It is ideal for relaxing and interacting with the natural environment that a magical place like Cabo Polonio offers. LED lights, 220v converter for cell phones and small speakers, a heater in the shower, and a minibar. The house does not include bed linens, we recommend bringing yours or if you need to rent, let us know in advance!
