Our private 3 bed/2 bath villa overlooks beautiful Playa Ocotal with the ocean/pool just a 1-2 minute walk away. This is our home for many months each year and is significantly upgraded from a "rental." Known for great snorkeling and protected from large ocean waves, Ocotal is an uncrowded “locals” black sand beach. Experience authentic Costa Rica but with modern renovations including purified water, induction range, dishwasher, bidet, powered blinds, and all you need for the perfect vacation.

It has everything you need to prepare your meals. After a day in the sun you can come back to a fully air conditioned unit with three units throughout the condo. The pool at the condo is ideal.
