The house is located in a quiet part of Arcadia, 20 Valeriya Samofalova Street, but close to everything you need. There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the house. 2 minutes to the famous Arkadiyska Alley To the sea - 3-5 minutes walk on a flat road, without stairs.

The building is finished at 2017,calls 19 purl of Kadorr, so it is completely new, secured with cameras and with personal access, only people from this building has access to this territory. The location is more than the best, as it is near Arcadia, with all their night clubs, restaurants and good places for rest.
