This is great place for real gourmand, if you are looking for something special like to wake up with a great view on the see and observe it from 22 second floor, so you are welcome!!! The building is finished at 2017,calls 19 purl of Kadorr, so it is completely new, secured with cameras and with personal access, only people from this building has access to this territory. The location is more than the best, as it is near Arcadia, with all their night clubs, restaurants and good places for rest.

Take a stroll through the Seaside Boulevard with sea views just around the corner. 5 minutes walk to Opera Theatre. The beach is a 30 minute walk across the green. One of five rooms of a small and cozy aparthotel, which has been run by our family for 10 years. Please note: third floor of an old building. There is no elevator.
