Friendly Family Home, nice valley views & garden

Petra and Dick were very gracious hosts. They took their time to explain how to operate the shower, of which the controls were quite unfamiliar to me, and they prepared a delicious breakfast at a beautiful patio the next morning.

Top floor double bedroom with bathroom

John is an absolute legend and a font of local knowledge. He was extremely hospitable and has a idilic home. I had booked for two nights but unfortunately due to an emergency at home had to cut the stay short. Hoping to visit again in the near future to complete our visit of Bath.

Double Room - Female guests only

The 3 weeks that I spent at Nina’s with Betsy, Minou and Suki as roommates were my most cherished weeks of 2025! Nina’s place is spotless, pretty, cosy, just everything to make you feel right at home. She’s a wonderful host, who became a friend. The city is the just spectacular and truly heals! My heart is heavy leaving this beautiful place, and my darling Betsy. Until next time!

The Stable Room @ Combe Hay, Bath

SarahRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We booked this place as we were attending a wedding reception at the nearby Wheatsheaf and wanted somewhere within walking distance. The accommodation was spotless, tastefully furnished and Lynn was so nice and helpful. The location in the quiet countryside was really great. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Really nice room, and appreciated tea, coffee and milk. Also beer and hot cross buns. Nice 40 minute walk to city but bus stop close by if you prefer as steep walk back. Easy to park xar for the weekend as many places have charges or restrictions. Thanks Glynn for great room. Would definitely stay again. Hayley

Room in Georgian House, Amazing Views of Bath

AmrithaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
It was lovely staying at Jessica's. She made us feel comfortable and welcome. The room is wonderful with a stunning view of Bath, and waking up to it was a pleasure. Her kitchen and garden are lovely too. While having breakfast, you can take in a panoramic view of Bath. While the house is easily accessible, the location makes it quiet and peaceful. The bed was really comfy too and we slept really well. We had a really packed 2 days and walked about a lot, so getting to rest at such a lovely, welcoming space at the end of the day was brilliant. Jessica is very knowledgeable about Bath and gave great recommendations. Meeting her was as much a pleasure as the stay!

Room with a view

Felicity was clear in her communications and very helpful. She answered my questions about transport and how to get into the city centre. The location is easy enough to get into Bath without being right in the middle of it, so it offered a nice slice of calm coming back in the evening.
