O apartamento está inserido num prédio de traça antiga recuperado, conta com bastante luz natural, uma pequena varanda onde pode relaxar ao fim de um dia de caminhadas por Lisboa! Mas se ainda lhe sobrar energia poderá fazer o seu treino diário no ginásio do condomínio. Neste apartamento, poderá encontrar o sossego e silêncio do campo, dentro do centro histórico de Lisboa. Este Bairro é o palco do que é genuinamente português. Vilas de fortes tradições bairristas e com raizes históricas e património seculares. O apartamento está inserido num condomínio fechado com ginásio, no que se chamava em outros tempos a Vila Rosária, vila construída para receber operários que vinham do interior de Portugal a procura de novas oportunidades. A arquitectura e traços tradicionais foram mantidos, conseguindo uma Vila genuinamente portuguesa com imenso requinte. Verá certamente, frente ao condomínio grupos de pessoas sentadas a relembrar outros tempos e a jogar às cartas. O apartamento é um Duplex, constituído no piso térreo por um quarto com cama de casal que ainda dispõe de uma pequena varanda perfeita para relaxar, uma casa de banho com poliban (secador de cabelo), cozinha com máquina de café Nespresso, frigorífico, forno, fogão, máquina de lavar a roupa, ferro de engomar e máquina de lavar a loiça. E ainda uma sala de estar com Smart TV. no 1º piso terá um quarto de grande dimensão, com uma zona de leitura e outra zona com duas camas individuais e um sofá cama. Todo o apartamento tem ar condicionado. Dentro do condomínio tem acesso gratuito a um ginásio onde poderá queimar as calorias depois de tantos pastéis de natas. Welcome gift O apartamento é para total e exclusividade uso dos hóspedes. O apartamento está enquadrado num prédio com poucos moradores. É proibido fazer barulho depois das 22h que possam incomodar os outros moradores, assim como o desrespeito pelas zonas comuns do prédio. Sempre que possível irei recebê-los pessoalmente dando vos dicas e explicações úteis para tornar a vossa estadia mais especial. Se for Self check in será vos enviado as instruções por WhatsApp e terão no apartamento um guia útil com dicas para facilitar a vossa estadia. Sunny, spacious apartment. 10 min to the airport. Equipped with all you need for a comfortable & relaxing vacation. Perfect for singles, or couples. Concierge available 9:30am - 7:30 pm for your assistance. 120 meters to nearest metro station, ARROIOS, surrounded by, restaurants, bars & bakeries as well as supermarkets for all your daily needs. Due to the fact it is on a major artery there will be some traffic noise. We encourage guests sleep with closed door & windows to dampen the noise.

Calm and quiet central Art Apartment

The entire building has been renovated during this last year. It is a small building with just 3 apartments all full of light. This apartment is on the 1st floor, above our gallery on the ground floor. It is a super calm flat with a large and spacious kitchen and a big balcony overlooking our garden below. We are about 2' away from RATO square and from here you can easily walk into the centre or take a bus or metro in the square. We are just two stops away from the old main centre.

Super central location, you can choose to walk to most places of interest and there are bus stops and Rato metro station, at your doorstep! Take the elevator from the metro station up to the front of the building.2 bdrm, free wi-fi, big bathroom, one lovely room with Queen size beds and a sofa in living room. 41" Flat screen TV, Cable. Second floor of typical early 1800's building - no elevator. ;) fully equipped kitchen, anything else you need, please let me know. Heated floors!
