This is the place for you. The security in this estate is top notch. The house it’s self is very clean and beautiful I will recommend this house over and over again.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Ibadan! We needed a place for our honeymoon after our wedding. As soon as I came across this listing, I felt comfortable with it and when I shared it with my wife, she stamped it instantly, infact, she felt in love with it —and it turned out to be the perfect choice. Adedimeji was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and incredibly thoughtful. The apartment was exactly as described—spacious, cozy, and conveniently located near Akala Road and the E1 expressway. The on-site crew was always available to assist when needed, and frequently tidied up the place. I highly recommend Adedimeji’s Airbnb to anyone visiting Ibadan. From Sam I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Adijat's place! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described — if not better. Adijat was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They provided thoughtful touches that made my stay extra special, such as local recommendations, snacks, and quick responses to any questions I had. The location was perfect, quiet yet close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. Ms Adijat even went above and beyond by giving me the contact to the airline in order to help track my missing luggage from the airline I flew with. Everything about this place is so enticing and so beautiful, the security and cleaner around was so helpful and considerate and what makes it more interesting is everything we saw in the photo is what we met when we got there working perfectly fine. I recommend that you all should check it out.

Booked this apartment for a weekend trip to celebrate both mine and my partner’s birthday, and it was a fantastic stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great walkable location. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook when we wanted to and when we didn’t, we just drove to one of the 2 restaurants at the resort. The host was incredibly responsive, always available to answer any questions almost instantly. A lovely surprise was the flowers waiting for us upon arrival—a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. Highly recommend!

Would I stay again? Abso-definitely. My Gen Z sister says every corner is Insta gold—post from 3 spots and folks will think you’re on a luxury tour. It’s giving rich auntie energy. Perfect for families or friends who love each other, but also love space. Gorgeous bi-level setup: downstairs has an ensuite bedroom (mobility-friendly!), chic living room, full kitchen, and a half bath. Upstairs: a second lounge/game room, balcony, and 3 bedrooms—but only 2 are guest-accessible. Each room has a tv+ the 2 lounge room. A balcony on the second floor for early morning coffee sips! Master bed is an art work! Period. purrr🤣 There’s a cute “garden” I didn’t use but next time🤞 Kitchen has “all” appliances - no joke! Wifi speed is off the chart and water is clean!!! On-site manager. Helpful but low-key like Houdini- you only see him when you need him. CCTV on site. Had a small issue, and the host checked footage before calling - appreciated! (Felt safe, high tech and Nigerian auntie vibes)

Just wow!. this place is top notch. More beautiful in reality than photos. Extremely Cozy beds and pillows, fresh air and neat rooms. They restock every other day or on demand. The ACs works so well and TVs are huge. Apartment is close to the major road, tight security and 24 hours electricity supply. Wifi is super fast. Uchenna is very responsive and polite. Sadly I couldn't extend our stay beyond one week because it was already booked. If you are lucky to have this place available during your search, hit the button and reserve quickly.

Lovely stay cleaning staff and security was very nice and helpful if needed. Host was very attentive and available. The place was safe and amenities were very good. It was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed our stay.

Derin is professional and friendly. Easy to work with and was always available 24/7 to answer questions or help. The estate is so private and secured with police and security men. The house is very clean. Nothing to complain. It's outside ikeja city center but just 12 min Uber to Ojodu bergar junction (4500 naira). Overall it's a great stay. Everything works. I will come again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Unfortunately, I had an early flight and needed to leave sooner rather than later, but I would’ve extended my stay. Ms. Kemi was sooo jovial and friendly as well. She took the time to show I and my husband around; it truly felt like home. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

We booked this Airbnb at very short notice due to another accommodation falling through at the last moment. Gwen was so responsive and very helpful given our circumstances. The Airbnb is in a very secure and safe location, and the check in process was seamless. The house is in great condition, very clean and welcoming. It was also very easy to get around Lekki as the location is pretty good. We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend.

Ofonime's apartment is where i can re-reserve should there be need for me to be around ikeja ogba. She was quite responsive, kind and considerate. The support start, Yussuf, for the apartment was very supportive. The amenities inside the aprtment were functional. My family and i enjoyed our 3 weeks stay at the apartment. In summary, the apartment is recommendable!
