Great stay, super cute place, everything as described.. Snacks and bottles of water were included which was a nice surprise. Very quiet. I highly recommend James studio.

Annie was very helpful and promptly responded. The house and grounds are well equipped and furnished/decorated in a Ventura theme, with 1940's features that match the home's and neighborhood's age. We'd be happy to stay again on our next trip to visit relatives in town.

Great spot. Nestled in the canyon. Private. Was comfortable. We appreciate the “tranquility” and I believe this house made our trip special. Only feedback is that the WiFi speed needs a boost. Thank you Shawn for a very enjoyable stay at this property. It’s pretty amazing.

Beautiful and rustic home with amazing view of the ocean. Cozy living room and kitchen. Kitchen has basic stuff for you to cook a meal. Front porch has a grill so we were able to grill up some steaks for dinner. Backyard seems a little over-grown with plants but it didnt bother us. Overall, the location was worth it for the view. Rebecca was an amazing host, very responsive and accomodating! Great place to stay for a weekend trip to Santa Barbara! Minor observation: Around 9pm during the night of our stay, we heard a "thud" sound in the front porch area. We opened the door to see what it was. At that exact moment, we saw a water bottle flying over from the right side of porch - landing in the front porch area. Not sure who threw it or maybe if it fell from the roof. It was dark so we couldn't see well. No big deal - just found it a little weird. Could be the neighbors next door? We mentioned this to Rebecca on the day of check out just as an FYI and she will look into this more.

We absolutely loved staying in David’s home. It was right near the beach for us to walk to in the morning. And while our entire family felt right at home, our cat was the one who felt the most heartbroken to leave 🥲 Typically, it takes him awhile to adjust to new spaces and can make him quite anxious. But in David’s beautiful Ventura home, he felt safe, comforted, and absolutely LOVED the environment. We’ve literally never seen him happier. There were so many big open windows for him to look out of, and the scratchy rugs were especially comfortable. We couldn’t have loved an Airbnb any more than this home and how happy it made all of us! Thank you David!

Ed’s place was amazing. He and his partner were super responsive and the home was an absolute gem. I will definitely be returning.

Sarah and her husband were fantastic hosts ! super responsive . My boyfriend and I wanted to get away and it was exactly what we wanted. the views were spectacular. If you're looking to get away this Is the perfect private getaway . The location makes you feel like you actually left California and into a private beach-jungle hide out. Everything inside is contemporary and the best part is the beds are amazing ! Will definitely be returning !

Jolie and the cabin were amazing! Great with communication and desired to make sure we had everything we needed, even willing to go above and beyond most other places. My boyfriend and I had a great time!

This is the best place we have stayed so far! Perfect for our family with the pool and lots of space for everyone to relax inside or out. Nili was a great host that answered questions and did everything she could to make sure we had the best time. She even provided everything we would need to enjoy the beach. I highly recommend this for any family looking for a great stay in California.

Martha was a terrific host. The place is simply gorgeous with floor to ceiling windows in the living room that presents the most majestic view. Another previous guest made a comment about the glare affecting TV viewing in the living room, but we didn’t experience that. My family, with 2 little boys, loved playing in the individual spaces that brought so much character to the place. Wonderful place to just unplug. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Great stay for me and my pup. Location was perfect for visiting Carrizo, Pinos and surrounding areas. Joy was very responsive and had excellent recommendations.

Cozy Cabin was the perfect choice for our nature retreat! Denlin's place felt very much like a home away from home. It is nicely furnished inside and each space feels truly 'cozy' and has a unique feel. The big back deck has gorgeous views of the surrounding National forest, with good opportunities for some birdwatching as well. It was only a short walk or drive to any local trails. If you are looking for somewhere that feels like a real home, and not a corporate rental, you will be happy at Cozy Cabin. :)

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Byanka was very clear with her communication. The house was exactly as described with plenty of space and everything you could need for the stay.

Camilla was very responsive and even reached out to us independently to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. Her casa kitchen was well stocked, the cottage is very cute , comfortable bed living area is relaxing and an easy quick drive to Ojai. We will definitely want to stay again when in the area. We highly recommend.

Our five-month stay at this property was truly exceptional. Kerri and her team welcomed us and our pets with such warmth, making us feel like part of their family. The property is stunningly stylish and perfectly situated along Ventura’s vibrant Main Street. Whether you’re planning an extended stay or a weekend getaway, this home is an ideal choice. Enjoyed the beautiful villa in Summerland. Was easy access to area highlights. Super clean and well described. Would come back again!

Beautiful updated cottage in the heart of Ventura. We had a great vacation. It’s walking distance to everything. We didn’t need our car for anything. We could walk to everything. We are looking forward to coming back.

We loved Whitney's place. The location was fantastic with a trail up the hill directly behind with beautiful wildflowers and amazing views. Then in the other direction steps down the steep Summerland hill to coffee shops, restaurants, and the beach. Our dog was in heaven there. The cottage is definitely small so probably best for a single or couple though we did manage a weekend with 2 couples. The kitchen is very well appointed and I was able to cook many of the nights without having to run out for cabinet staples. Her recommendations for good grocery stores and restaurants were very helpful. Ian and Whitney could not be more friendly and love meeting their new young baby, dog and parrot. There are two great garden spots on opposite sides of the unit that are great for coffee early and drinks later. Read description of how you get in as it is a lot of steps to get down from the street wind through gravel path to the door. I would definitely rent Whitney's cottage again.

Great location very close to the beach. We enjoyed the coffee shop close by and the dog friendly area. There were nice snacks, sodas, beers, coffee, and also treats for your pet. No stove, but microwave and fridge/freezer to keep your food. Small thing, but we really liked the soft water, since we have it at our house. Be aware that there is a train that shoots by and some traffic noise, but there is also a white noise device and the windows do a good job to keep the noise down. The unit has a a/c and heating system that keeps it very comfy. There is a also a nice deck to sit outside and enjoy the weather Highly recommend the place. Darcy is really great and helped with some recommendations about the ucsb graduation we were attending. Thanks Darcy.

very nice place to stay, super cute, easy street parking. Was perfect for a few days with half kitchen and studio feel. 10 mins from the harbor.

Such a cute find with an ocean view and 0.6 mile walk to the beach! The place is very cute inside and out with numerous outdoor seating options and gorgeous landscaping. We loved walking on the neighborhood trail, down to the beach, and to the cute downtown summerland. Only a ten minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara. Highly recommend!
