Holiday rentals with breakfast in Okanagan-Similkameen

Beautiful home and very gracious, charming hosts. Private bathroom (with bathrobes!) and breakfasts on the porch are above and beyond, especially for the modest price. The only airbnb experience I've ever had that actually resembled a B&B. Can't wait to come back.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Breakfast was fantastic every day and was accompanied by a note of encouragement for the day. Our suite was very nice and had a great bathroom. The shared kitchen and living space was nice and the roomates were quiet and kind. Neil and Charito were always interested in conversation despite their busy day. They were kind, responded to any questions we had, and really made us feel welcome. The hot tub was nice under the full moon on the cool evenings. We enjoyed Two Donkeys Bakery and Coop-A-Cino Coffee just down the road. Great location to head back into Kelowna or head South to Penticton and beyond. We would definitely stay here again! This spot was perfect! The kitchen was fully stocked, and Bev thought of everything someone may need while staying! & of course who could complain about the amazing view of lake Okanagan! I would stay here again! 🙂

He helped us discover the beauty of West Kelowna in a truly special way – sharing not only valuable local tips but also personally taking us to a nearby winery for a small private tasting. His generosity and warmth made our stay unforgettable. The location of the accommodation is simply breathtaking: an open, panoramic view of the mountains, the Okanagan Lake, and of course, the vineyards. The spacious guest suite is part of his stunning home and offers everything you need – comfort, tranquility, and inspiration. Highly recommended – not only for the place, but especially for the person hosting it. 🌿🍷🏔️

The carriage house was a wonderful place to spend five days in the Okanagan Valley. The house is cozy, but incredibly well organized, clean and comfortable, with plenty of room to store belongings and relax. The views from inside and out on the deck are wonderful - if not for some rainy weather we would have spent more time out there. We mostly cooked in and found everything we needed, including helpful condiments from the hosts. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night (windows open). Bernadette and her husband are great communicators with lots of good suggestions for wineries, restaurants, hiking and more. And, the breakfasts she brings every morning are AMAZING - we have never had such an experience at a vacation rental. This was one of our top AirBnB stays and we highly recommend it (and Naramata is a great location too).

Rob and Nicole were outstanding hosts! Our stay was honestly the best we’ve ever had on Airbnb. They went above and beyond to meet, excede and anticipate our every need. Denise and Tom are amazing hosts! They have a beautiful home with so many special touches! The charcuterie, board and breakfast they serve in the morning are gourmet! Our stay was very memorable and we hope to return one day!

The place was apt for us, parents visiting our child's convocation. The host was great, respectful/mindful and always there in case of a need, his simple, but thoughtful breakfasts were a treat and his non intrusive effable approach in handling of our requirements is highly appreciated. We would definitely come back in the future in case of a need.

We had an amazing stay at Gloria and Mikes. They greeted us upon arrival and even provided chocolate truffles to welcome us. The room has everything you could need and a very comfortable bed. The patio has an unmatched view of Naramata, and was the perfect place to watch the sunset. Each morning they made us an incredible homemade breakfast that we ate on the patio (lemon pancakes, eggs, fresh baked bread, coffees), and they provided recommendations for the perfect day of beaches and wineries. We seriously cannot thank Gloria and Mike enough for the wonderful hospitality! This place is an absolute must if you’re staying in Naramata and we hope to visit again soon!

My boyfriend and I had an AMAZING stay here. It was one of the most beautiful stays we have stayed at in Kelowna. Everything was beautiful from the view, to the rooms, the surroundings, and all the detail Carmen puts into all the decor and even into her breakfast and late night sundaes. We were very impressed. Carmen and Martin were exceptional hosts. The care and passion they have for this place truly shows. We will definitely be back! Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

On our previous visit, we stayed in the Lakeview Serenity Suite — this time, we booked the entire main floor for our group, and it was just as comfortable, clean, and welcoming as we remembered. Even with a short stay, everything was perfect. The hosts were warm and attentive, and the home was beautifully maintained. The lake views, quiet setting, and proximity to the beach made it feel like a true getaway, even for just one night. We especially appreciated how spacious and well-appointed the suites are. Each area is thoughtfully set up, and having access to the patio with lake views made our brief visit feel relaxing and special.
