A beautiful house in a fantastic spot near Birubi beach and the Tomaree Coastal walk. The layout is great and the house is very stylish. The spa was awesome. Seem small at first but really deep and heats up within 2.5 hours. Plenty of space in the house for a family of 5. Walkable to Birubi beach (10 mins) which is patrolled with a cafe and is great for boogie boarding. Join the coastal walk only 1 min walk away, bring hiking boots as can be a bit muddy/rocky.

This is a lovely retreat which makes you feel on top of the world - with incredible views north over the Port Stephens peninsula. At night the stars are incredible. The house itself is modern, clean and fresh with everything you'd need - and the beds are very comfortable. The communal spa and pool is beautiful - and the water temperature was perfect. The whole place feels like a mini private resort. Jane was very communicative with clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

It is an absolute fantastic place. Very peaceful with great views. Feels like heaven on earth. The inside of the house is very clean, spacious and has everything that you would need. Bev is a very nice and friendly host and it was an absolute delight talking to her. My husband and I and also our two dogs loved it so much that we will definitely come back here whenever we can. It was one of the best places that we have been to. From the check in until it was time to leave everything was perfect. We would highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone. I guess the the only part that we didn't like was leaving 😞. Many thanks Bev until next time 😊

Jay and Rod’s home was beautiful! We had a wedding to attend at the Little Beach Boathouse, and this place was the perfect location as we could easily walk down to the venue. Would definitely recommend!

A great property to base yourself while in Shoal Bay. 10 minute walks into Shaol Bay, or to the beaches. To have Wreck beach 10 minute walk from your door is fantastic. Beds are extremely comfortable and the house was perfect for what we wanted. If we do get the opportunity to visit Shoal Bay again, we defiantly hope to stay here again.

This is the second time I have stayed here and it is a beautiful home for a weekend away for one as a retreat or for a family getaway. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Excellent getaway with family, plenty of room and loads of attractions close by. Highly recommend Leanne as a host, very available and happy to help.

We had a wonderful mini-holiday at Piccola Positano, despite the weather not being great. We found Tom and Liz's place even nicer than in the photos, which is rare, and absolutely loved listening to the sound of the ocean from the front porch. So relaxing! The place was clean and tidy, the beds were really comfy, the pool was huge and the garden was lovely. Sunset there was beautiful. The beach is just a very short stroll down the front yard but if you don't want to have to go through the prickly grass, you can drive there in about 30 seconds (or walk along the street and be there in a few minutes). The cafe Tom and Liz recommended was delicious, and again just a short drive or walk away. The local pub also served good food. Taree and Forster are about a 30 minute drive. We highly recommend!!

Our second stay at fabulous Seal way and we had the best time. Lucked out with some fine weather after all the heavy rain and even did some stargazing on the first night around the outdoor fire pit. The only bad thing about this house is that you have to leave !!!! We will be back for sure Thanks so much

It’s a fantastic stay. Beautiful Lakehouse. Great for a family of 4. Got plenty to do at the premises, sauna by the lakeside, kayaking at Cooma Bay and cooking in the beautiful kitchen with the freshly picked vegetables from the garden. Also, there are two lovely doggies, Matilda and Bella checked us in and out. Amazing host!

We had such a wonderful stay at Zahli’s place! The house was absolutely beautiful — spacious, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. The indoor fireplace and hot tub were definite highlights and made our stay feel extra special and cozy. Zahli was a fantastic host — super communicative and helpful throughout, even offering us a 9am check-in which we really appreciated. The house had everything we needed and more, with great amenities and thoughtful touches throughout. The location was perfect! We especially loved the easy strolls to the beach just at the end of the street — perfect for early morning walks and catching the stunning sunsets. Thank you for such a lovely stay, Zahli! We’d love to come back again.

The house was in a great location. Easy to get to shops and waterways. Lots of extras like sauces, kitchen appliances and spare blankets. Great open plan feel and super clean. House felt brand new. We will be back!

2nd visit to Adrian’s Manor. Love love love everything about the place. Only criticism, had to leave and go home, never long enough. Adrian great host, answers promptly, nothing seems to be an effort

We love everything with our stay! The location of the house and the inside layout, very clean, comfortable and with stylish. Private, quiet and secure community area, and easy to access outgoing activities at same time. Our families had the best sun rise watching just near the house, everyone had lots of unforgettable memories. Wish to stay longer next time.

What a lovely place! We’ve been Forster for many times. This time was so nice to stay with Shelley’s beach house. It only takes 400 metres to the beach. Shelley prepares some sand toys in the garage which is so nice. The house is very clean and we loved the books and toys for kids. The kitchen and dinning area were awesome. Only one suggestion is preparing some coffee and tea bags would be much appreciated. Because Shelley has a beautiful SMEG coffee machine.

We had an amazing, relaxing family holiday here. Such a gorgeous home that had a lot of character. The front and back of the property was beautifully landscaped. Pool was well maintained and felt very private. We loved the different living spaces. Host was great at communicating with us. We would come again, thank you so much!

Great space for a nice get away with friends or family! House was clean and easy to check in to. Was close to many different attractions

Myself, partner, toddler, parents, and brother and SIL and dogs stayed over the long weekend, we enjoyed our stay and the beautiful location! The house was big and comfortable and we made use of the bbq, kitchen, and fire place. Lovely view of the ocean across the road, and walked to the local beaches. Only a short drive into town, and plenty of street parking at the house. We would stay here again in the future

Brad is an awesome host. His place was very nice for our staycation at Diamond beach. He was very approachable and communicative at all times. He also informed us about the situation of the beach and surrounding areas due to recent weather conditions so we can plan accordingly. Would definitely recommend his place.

Tara’s home was beautiful and location breathtaking with its rolling hills and neighbour cows. It had all the amenities one would want for a dreamy weekend getaway, she had truly thought of everything. If I had to say one negative thing it would be the amount of bird poop on the veranda as well as all the outdoor furniture.
