Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Old City, Philadelphia

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Philadelphia! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and easy to get around the city. The space was much larger than expected and very well-stocked with amenities, making it incredibly comfortable for our group. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. The only downside was a neighbor’s dog that whimpered through the night, but that was out of the host’s control and didn’t take away from how great the stay was overall. Would absolutely book again!

I loved this place so much that I extended for a day and still was sad when I had to head home. It is a masterful use of space. Do not fail to spend time out back under the gazebo. It's so well done that I'm having something very similar being built in my backyard starting next week. Cheers to these guys for just doing it right!

Rodney’s place is in a great neighborhood and very walkable to everything Northern Liberties and Fishtown has to offer. The space is really nice with a lot of natural light and despite being a pullout sofa it was really comfortable. The bathroom isn’t connected to the unit but is still private and a couple steps down the hall. Would stay here again!

Great place in Philadelphia. Highly recommended.

We had a little trouble with the lock checking in but our host was really responsive and the issue was resolved in less than 20 minutes. Comfy bed. Pillows were thin but we slept fine with 2 of them. Very clean space in a great location!! Would book again ✨

Chen was an amazing host! I booked my bnb waaaay in advance & she gave me fantastic recommendations of things to do months before I even arrived at the bnb! The bnb was gorgeous and felt so at home, it was my first time staying in a bnb for a couple weeks and it essentially felt like a sublet! There was everything you needed to survive in the bnb, I never had to ask for anything extra. The internet was great for when I had to WFH, the area was /incredible/, sooo many good restaurants and places in walking distance and close to transit as well. I have nothing but good things to say about the place, 100% recommend this place for anyone visiting Philly!

Everything was exactly how Sarai described. I figured parking on the street would be extremely hard to come by, so having several paid lots/garages nearby was nice as that is what we opted to use. We were in town for a FIFA Club World Cup game and our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) enjoyed Sarai’s place as we truly felt at home. The location was great and within walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, historical landmarks m, etc. We would consider staying here again if we ever come back to Philadelphia.

Great little spot! To have a private parking spot in the neighbor was dreamy! Just needed it last minute to get to Philly for an early flight the next day and wound up having so much fun exploring this cute little neighborhood! Unit exactly as described. Leonard communicated promptly and completely!

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage in Manayunk. Heather is a great host: she was so helpful and very responsive to our questions. The cottage was charmingly appointed, comfy and very clean. The dedicated parking space was a big plus. Nice neighborhood, and it is an easy walk down to Main St. (but not as easy walking back, lol). We were visiting for a family event, and everyone who saw our place wanted to come back and stay there on their next trip to Philly!

Perfect location if you’re looking for a lot of walking activities! 1/2 mile from the Liberty Bell and you’re literally across the street from Jim’s cheesesteaks (the absolute best and worth the wait!) Also very active on the weekend nights (but we had sleeping toddlers and didn’t hear too much of the night life). Parking tip: follow the check in instructions and pay every 2 hours on the app. Philly police doesn’t waste a second with tickets (an unfortunate victim right at 9:02 😂). Overall a great place to stay if you’re with friends or a family with children.

From the very beginning, Ryan was friendly, responsive, and committed to making our stay enjoyable. “The Executive” was just as described—modern, clean, and comfortable. When we realized we forgot my husband’s suit pants hours before our niece’s wedding, I contacted Ryan and he quickly directed us to a nearby store—problem solved! We truly appreciated his help and hospitality.

Our family of four with two teens were very comfortable and happy in this cozy home in easy walking distance to the Schuylkill River and art museums. The generous food and drink supplied were much appreciated. It was very quiet and cozy—we slept great. Hosts were very flexible with check in and check out due to no guests on either end of our stay.

Loved the vibe of the Italian Market surrounding the apartment! Parking is tricky as they note in the description, but the lot we found was totally walkable for our family. We were in the city to visit the downtown area, but loved that the apartment was about a 20minute walk so we could sightsee the local area, restaurants, and shops. Drew provided us with a great personal recommendation for dinner, and it did not disappoint! Would definitely stay at Janet and Drews again if we decide to come back to Philly.

Rui was a great host, very proactive and responsive to questions. Don't be fooled by Google Street View photos, the building has been complete updated and is very modern and clean. In fact, much of the area has been updated. Free parking nearby was greatly appreciated. This apartment was perfect for two couples. Separate Bed & Bath at opposite ends, with a nice living, dining, and kitchen space in between. Despite not being the most attractive street (it's kind of a side street with some old buildings undergoing renovation) it was quiet and we were able to relax. We would definitely come back.

Super cute spot in a great neighborhood—extremely walkable to many restaurants, bars, shops, etc. For Philly it was a relatively good price and an all around good value. We would definitely stay again, especially as the location was near to our good friend!

Really nice place with a great vibe and atmosphere. The interior was clean and well-maintained. As expected for a city location, parking isn’t the easiest—street parking is limited and can be a bit of a hassle. However, there’s a budget-friendly parking garage about a 10-minute walk away, which was a great find and made things much more manageable. Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit, just plan ahead for parking if you’re driving in.

For being my first Airbnb stay I was very satisfied with this place! Looks just like the photos and much beautiful feel in person. It felt like I was coming and going as if I was at my own apartment building that’s how great the host instructions was very simple self explanatory. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Danni's place is five stars all around! It is spacious, family-friendly, and immaculately clean with everything that you would need for a relaxing stay to feel like you are right at home. Great linens, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen if you decide to cook a few meals during the stay (thank you for the snacks!). Danni's home is super walkable--within a few blocks from great restaurants and shops, as well as some of the top sights in the city, yet still quiet and peaceful. The rooftop view is stunning! Danni is one of the best hosts I've encountered. She responded to all questions instantly, provided flexible check-in/check-out arrangements, and made my out-of-town guests feel at ease. She was extremely accommodating and did a great job anticipating the needs of her guests. No need to look further--book Danni's place before someone else does!
