Nice location within easy walking distance of a lot of neat areas. A cozy small apartment but well laid out.

Very nice stay with a private little terrace. They welcome animals too which is a great plus. Just perfect overall. Restaurant l’Affaire est Ketchup not too far away is worth going. Enjoy

The apartment was great and exactly as advertised. Felt safe despite how close you are to a very busy street. We came during the week and it was quite rainy so we didn’t experience the loud nightlife described in previous reviews. Would definitely recommend if you’re in need of a place to stay in the city.

My stay at Laurence's house was perfect. It feels like home, a quiet place and easy to access on foot. A well-equipped kitchen, surrounding silence that allows for quality nights and a responsive, attentive, caring host offering tips for exploring the city. I highly recommend staying at this peaceful oasis.

By far best airbnb I’ve had the chance to stay at. This is a welcoming, impeccable apartment where everything looks and feels brand-new. Elegant, clean. I loved it and if I’m ever in Quebec City this would be my first option.

The perfect home base for our explorations of the Old City. Vibrant city neighborhood where both the Lower City and Upper City were easily reached. Parked our car 2 blocks away in a garage and left it there. Easy walk to the loft. Comfy apartment with a fully appointed kitchen saved us some $ eating in. Earlier reviews about bathroom privacy were not issues for us. We loved the funky spaciousness. Felt very secure in the building and out in the street. Tall folks, watch your head on the spiral staircase. 😀 Memorable stay in a memorable place.

Good location — Walking distance to a nice microbrewery and other restaurants, and pretty close to the Old Quebec . The apartment was very clean, and the host was very responsive. We had a nice stay!

Great clean apartment!

We have stayed in Quebec City in winter a few times before and this was our favorite stay. The location can’t be beat, it is walkable to everything in Old Quebec. Simo was just the nicest person and very responsive. He owns a sushi restaurant next door and brought us some upon check in - I can report that it was delicious! The space itself is very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The included garage parking spot was a big perk!! The garage is just behind the building and easily accessible with a key card that is provided.

Loved it. Would stay again. We were there to ski at MSA and it was only 3 or 4 minutes from driveway to parking lot. Everything you could need for food , liquor , ski gear is in the area. Owner was very fast with response. Couple of issues too minor to mention here were dealt with quickly. Oddly there was no broom or dust pan available so we were unable to sweep up before we left. For short stays not an issue but we were there for 3 weeks.

Great stay at David's place! the location was an excellent jump off point to all the main neighborhoods in Quebec City. The indoor parking was a huge bonus and made parking hassle free. the place looked exactly as described and was tastefully decorated.

This rental is clean, cozy and more importantly, is only 5min walk to the city centre. The area is safe. I like that Mélanie was fast in responding to our request. Our family of five had a good time staying there.

Isabelle's place is clean and functional. It is also well placed to discover the city of Quebec, prepare to climb a little before reaching the city!

We enjoyed our visit to Quebec City, and our day trip along the Saint Laurence River to Tadousac and back.

Clean condo, quiet place, listing description was identical to what we rented. Our stay went very well.

I would add that the beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was GREAT! Everything is nearby (grocery store, restaurant, historic site) It was our annual meeting of the three sisters and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you for this comfortable Condo and the extraordinary nature that surrounded us.

Great place despite a late booking Eric was able to respond to me quickly because I was visiting Quebec City to come see friends and family her really makes things simple and to be able to get out of the routine the spas was in order. I would stay there for my next vacation!!!

Place is so quiet, beautiful and has all amenities. Nadia is a wonderful host!! She is responsive even late night and she makes sure you get what you need
