Our home is between Cabbagetown and Daniel’s Development, accessible by 2 streetcars and a bus. Bright with a cozy, cottage feel. Old Cabbagetown charm meets Daniel’s modern buildings on Parliament. 15-min walk to Eaton Centre, Dundas Sq, and Distillery District. Steps to park, sports ground, Freshco, RBC, Timmies, and diners. UofT, TMU, AGO, and Harbourfront are a short ride. Lake Ontario is 20 mins on foot. We have cats and a dog mostly in the basement - please note if you have allergies.

My home is a cozy, non toxic, environmentally friendly oasis just east of downtown Toronto with easy access to subway and GO train service. The neighborhood is quiet, yet very close to many restaurants, cafes, parks and a supermarket. PLEASE NOTE - this room is next to my own bedroom. No part of this space is shared. Heated floors, AC provide comfort year round. Summerhill Market for freshly prepared meals and salads is in the next block across the street. Close to Bathurst subway and bus station. Free underground parking, 3.1 KM away. Paid parking at 10 Walmer Rd. Parking is 1.5 KM away.

The GREEN Room in the trendy Ossington-Bloor area

The Green Room (with no kitchen or laundry but with a small fridge, kettle & coffee maker) is spacious and beautifully decorated. We are a 5 minutes walk to the subway and everything is in this area - all types of restaurants, cafes, a mall, trendy stores, etc. If you like to walk, you can walk downtown, to Chinatown, Koreatown, the UofT, even High Park. I love meeting people from all over and will be available to talk and help you out as needed.
