Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Old Town, Alexandria

My sister and I took a week trip to DC for a music festival. We absolutely loved being guests here! It’s a nice cozy apartment with everything you need. They provide the listed amenities and more, with amazing organization and labels! It’s a great spot to catch several bus routes and the nearest metro is a 12-15 min walk away. It was indeed the perfect spot to stay at if you plan to travel around the dmv area. Leo and Diana are very attentive to messages, responding quickly, and will check up on you! Thank you for being such amazing hosts, and if anyone is making a fun trip to DC for any occasion, I highly recommend to stay here!

Anne is very thorough when checking on a guest. She wants people to feel comfortable and makes sure they understand how to operate the appliances in the home. She has a garden and doesn't mind sharing the fresh herbs and berries in them. Initially, I was bummed about the strict check-out time (out by 8:00 am), but due to a delay in the cleaning service's ability to arrive to clean the place, I was able to check out at 11:00 am. She was responsive to questions or concerns I had. Her home is immaculate! She explained the cleaning/sterilization process, so this is a great place to stay for people who suffer from allergies. The neighborhood is quiet, and you are within walking distance of a few restaurants, a grocery store, and some shops.

They were such a great stay! We had to leave early and were very understanding, we would stay with them again!

We absolutely loved our stay. It’s just across the street from the King St Metro stop and 20 minutes into DC from there. The home was perfectly furnished. The beds were very comfortable and having on-site laundry was phenomenal. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. If we return to DC we would definitely stay here again

This was a gem of a stay in a great location. Close to shops and restaurants but felt secluded and serene. Easy for those needing to commute to DC. Felt like a home away from home.

This stay was perfect for our 4 day trip to DC. Edith was very responsive, accommodating, and kind. The location was great for getting around to the various sites in DC and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The space was very clean and spacious and in great condition. Honestly the ideal, perfect stay for us.

Lena was an amazing host! If I could give her a 10 star ⭐️ review, I would. She was very responsive, accommodating, and understanding. Her place was immaculate and exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed, and I’m positive if we needed anything else she would have immediately made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend her beautiful, comfy, cozy place, without any hesitation, and the next opportunity we have to visit, we will stay again!❤️

This space is absolutely stunning. The natural light, the calm atmosphere, and the beautiful design all made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The gas fireplace was my favorite feature. It brought so much warmth and comfort to the space. What really impressed me was how well it is set up for longer stays. Everything was thoughtfully included, from the efficient washer and dryer to the kitchen area, steamer, and other essentials that made my business trip easy. The hosts were kind, attentive, and made everything feel smooth. I felt right at home and definitely recommend this place.

Had a wonderful stay at Vat’s place. She was very responsive and the location of the house was great! I accidentally left my watch and she graciously mailed it back to me the next day. She’s an excellent host.

All decorated for Christmas, you made our holiday stay so special. Decor was beautiful yet comfy with plenty of seating for everyone (7). Loved the bathrobes for everyone, even for various sizes of children! Such fun! The bathrooms were updated and lovely. The kitchen was well-supplied. The cookies left out were amazing. Plenty of cozy throws for coziness. The location was great, too. So walkable to King Street, parks, the wharf, and grocery stores ( Trader Joe’s and Harris Teeter). This was one of our favorite places to stay!

This was honestly one of the best stays I’ve ever had in any rental. The place is even nicer than the pictures, it was spotlessly clean, check in instructions were detailed and sent well in advance, and the location could not be better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Home away from home except a lot nicer. Location was perfect just far enough from the hustle and bustle but walking distance to everything. Place was amazing with top of the line appliances, theater room with popcorn maker, comfortable memory foam beds and automated toilets were a nice touch. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to beautiful Old town Alexandria.

Wonderful AirBnb in a beautiful neighborhood in Alexandria. Clean, comfortable, dog friendly. Perfect stay for a weekend trip.

We had a great time and relaxed on the patio. Everything was beautiful and wonderful kitchen. Perfect location. Amy was always available to answer questions and very helpful.

Our group of four enjoyed our weeklong stay. Quick and inexpensive ride share to DC. If you don’t mind a 15 minute walk, free dash bus and trolley up king street to the Metro stop also offers a quick and easy ride into the city. Plenty of restaurants as well as grocery, 7/11 and CVS all within a couple of blocks. Hosts were very responsive to our questions. Would stay again.

Omar’s place was awesome and well maintained. We, group of 7 enjoyed staying there.. There were few things broken in the home which we communicated to Omar and he was pretty responsive. Great thing about Omar is there was faucet leak which we discovered late night after returning to home and we connected with Omar. It was very late but he still picked the phone and helped to fix the issue.. If you are planning to stay close to DC and quite place, this is the best location.. Highly recommend to stay… We will surely like to revisit here .. Thanks..

My daughter will be having a baby soon and have been looking for a place close by for when I visit. This is it!!! It is affordable, clean and decorated beautifully. So relaxing, usually I can't sleep well in hotels but slept well here.

Hosts were very helpful and very responsive when I had questions. The place was exactly as described. We were able to walk to our destination easily. The house was very neat and clean.

This might honestly be the best Airbnb experience we have ever had. Celia was a wonderful host, very proactive and made us feel right at home. We were in town for my birthday and we were welcomed with a sweet birthday treat and a card, some delicious granola, and there was chocolate on the bed! There were also some snacks including fresh fruit and granola bars as well as coffee and tea available. The location is perfect for walking around the Capitol Hill area and literally a few minutes walk away from the metro. It’s also walking distance to the Nationals stadium. I truly have no complaints about this stay, I would absolutely come again. Plus there was a sweet neighborhood cat that greeted us! Book this place!! You will not regret it.

Comfortable quiet condo. Across road from a playing field and walking trails. Comfortable bed, good shower, extras ( food staples, umbrella, tennis rackets etc ). Abaad very attentive, and responsive. ( watch his getting to condo video- 3rd out of 4 buildings, entrance at back ). We felt like we had a new friend in texting and speaking to him . We stayed 4 nights. Would recommend.

Willie’s place is at a spectacular location with great access to buses/trains to both DC and the Pentagon area. Overall, a very safe neighborhood and the apartment is in great conditions. While you can hear upstairs people’s footsteps, it didn’t bother us much since the amenities and cookwares were very convenient and of great quality. Totally recommend for anyone looking to visit DC area :)

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again.
