Renovated, comfortable and quiet cottage for 4/6 people on the edge of the Saumonards forest (many running and mountain biking trails). Shops and port 500 meters away. Large beach of Boyardville facing Fort Boyard 800 meters away. You can do anything on foot on Boyardville and visit the island by bike. Bike paths in the immediate vicinity (tip: follow towards La Braies to cross the salt marsh and see the many birds). Private parking, 2 outdoor spaces with plancha and barbecue.

Our family home is located in the small village of La Menounière in the municipality of St Pierre d'Oléron. Between vineyards and the ocean, in a green setting, 80 m from the beach and the bike path, the location is perfect for a total change of scenery. 3 km from La Cotinière and its pretty fishing port, find all amenities, shops, restaurants, ice cream shops etc… In summer, a free beach shuttle also runs at the end of the street.

Accommodation in the town center, close to the market shops and close to the marina (e.g. boats to La Rochelle every day in season) and beaches, the village can be visited on foot, many alleys, lanes. Bike rental 100 meters away. Numerous bike paths to travel around the island. The house is equipped with a key box (for self check-in) only in case of unavailability on our part.
