A bedroom with a bed 160x200cm, a bathroom and several terraces with exceptional views of the cubist city and the sea. The viewpoint of the Fisherman's Tower overlooks the sea and the island of Culatra. The house has all modern comforts and an independent office for remote work.

The Loft opens onto a magnificent room with the rounded ceiling typical of old Olhão. You discover a living room and an open kitchen equipped and furnished. The staircase on the right leads to a mezzanine where you will find the bedroom with a very comfortable large bed. From the mezzanine, a staircase leads to the roof terrace of 40 m2 fully equipped with a barbecue, a garden furniture, a table for outdoor dining or dining and sunbathing.
