Holiday rentals with a patio in Olímpia

For me the best place to stay when you have a child , and the host was also 10!

My experience was amazing! The space was impeccable, exactly as described in the listing. The location was excellent, with easy access to the Thermas and restaurant, markets. I recommend it to everyone who is in the region and I will definitely come back in the future! Some points for improvement regarding cleanliness, and lack of maintenance in the apartments, but I see this as the hotel's responsibility.

The host was super attentive, always answering my questions quickly. The hotel is wonderful, has an excellent structure, impeccable cleanliness and is close to the water parks, bars and restaurants of the city.

The apartment is large and very well located, near the Thermas dos Laranjais water park. Located on the 14th floor, the property is excellent, with two air-conditioning appliances, a pleasant balcony and a spacious bathroom, equipped with a high quality shower. The condominium offers complete infrastructure, with heated pools and a top-notch bar and restaurant service. The environment is very familiar, being ideal for those traveling with young children or teenagers, as it has a recreation team dedicated to children's activities. In addition, in the evening, there are live musical performances on a stage located in the center of the pool, providing a special touch of entertainment and sophistication to the stay.

We really liked the space, very clean and organized… swimming pool with amazing wet bar.

The place is simply wonderful, space as described, activities, concerts, games every day for adults and children in the pool space, at the door of the Thermas dos Laranjais park, main avenue with several restaurants for all pockets and varieties and inside the resort too, I can't wait to return.

The house exceeded the expectations of the photos. Very beautiful and well organized! Claudinei and her son Luan were very kind and proactive. I recommend it! (A few minutes' drive from the parks of Olympia)

What a nice place! spacious and cozy house, accommodated us perfectly. Each environment was clean when we arrived, with indications of the utensils etc. Outdoor area and pool were clean. Great location, close to the main parks, close to markets and pharmacies beyond the main avenue, calm and safe street. I was very well served since the moment I was interested in the house, they gave me all the information that I had sinned and during the stadia tbm they treated me very well, demonstrating an incredible attention and professionalism! Check in and check out quiet and flexible with excellent service. If you want a quiet, cozy place that houses the whole family, I totally recommend it. We went with the elderly, adults and children and everyone liked the place.

Our stay was excellent! The house is exactly as described — clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. Everything was organized and prepared to receive us. The neighborhood is super nice, safe and quiet at night. There are markets, bakeries, cafes and restaurants just a few minutes away. We feel like locals! The hosts were very attentive and helpful, always available for questions. We definitely recommend and would be staying here again!

Excellent house, quite cozy and served me and my family very well. The next visit to Olympia I will try to rent again, as it is close to everything in the city.

The house is wonderful, large, with a beautiful garden in the background. As we have children, Dona Maria bothered to leave toys in the garden for them to have fun. Dona Maria, her daughter Graziela and her son answered the questions quickly and received us with great cordiality. The house is very well located, close to shops, restaurants, sights. You can do the walking tours. It was four wonderful days! We'll definitely be back!

I had an excellent accommodation, the house is very good, spacious, everything very clean, great bathrooms, very good outdoor space, stove/barbecue/heated pool.....garage fit 02 cars......market/butcher/park, all close.

Hotbeach suites is undoubtedly the best option in Olympia. Kleber was very attentive and gave all instructions to make the most of the stay. Too bad we couldn't stay any longer. But we will vote for sure!

Apt well airy, organized, spacious and everything clean and Mr Eugenio always well educated answering my doubts, gave several legal tips that helped a lot. The hotel has a lot of option to do, every day it has live music, free transfer from the hotel to thermas and close to everything market, pharmacy, Mc, restaurants, hot bech....we love everything, we are sure to return to Olimpia.

Otimo apartment, from the negotiation to the check in the edson served us very well, always attentive in what vice need, it is very worth the resort is new, room services all on time, we will come back more often.
