The apartment is newly built and has all the amenities you can expect, such as a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, double bed and sofa bed (both 160 cm).

By tram, it takes about 10 minutes to the city and about 20 minutes to Lindholmen Science Park. If you want to go on an archipelago tour by boat, these depart from Stenpiren, 5 minutes away. Vardagsrummet ligger i en öppen vinkel med köket, där det finns diskmaskin, kyl, micro och full utrustning för matlagning. Sovrummet har dubbelsäng. Badrummet är rymligt och har dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare.
