Magnificent historic place, magnificent host: Caterina was always attentive to us, communication was very fast and she is wonderful, without being overwhelming, but always ready to help us. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in an authentic place, in direct contact with nature and with the best possible host. We will definitely be back. A big hug to Caterina

The hosts were very kind and friendly and helped with what we asked, the apartment is super comfortable, large and with everything you need to stay. Writers within a few minutes' drive, the view from the apartment showed all the beauty of the rural area. Very quiet. The location was very convenient for a star trip in the Emilia Romagna area.

We booked at very short notice and Romina made it possible! She welcomed us very warmly and explained everything really well, even a bottle of wine was cold for us. She is very friendly and her tips were great! We would never have tried the food truck and it was soooo delicious! She was always available and asked how we were doing. The furnishings are lovingly selected, everything fits together. From the glasses to the large mural in the bedroom, everything is very harmonious We would book with Romina again at any time.

A dive into the past in Marco's home, a delightful home well furnished with retro taste, large garden and super location! Marco is very helpful and always attentive to respect requests! I recommend it

Monia is a very kind and helpful host. The house is very large with comfortable beds, two bathrooms with a large and perfectly functioning shower.

When you're in Paradise, it's hard to describe it. Everything is perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Alberto’s place. The country location perfectly met our needs. It is easy to catch a train from Reggio-Emilia to visit Bologna. Modena is also just a day trip. Alberto recommended a tour of a parmigiano reggiano dairy farm and production center which was so fun and interesting, and only a fifteen minute drive from the house. The sparkling clean house is spacious with very modern bathrooms, large comfortable bedrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. During the hot weather, we were pleased that the house felt cool. Fans in each bedroom let us sleep comfortably. Alberto told us that he is having air conditioning installed in the next few weeks. A gift of lettuce and berries from the garden was much appreciated. We enjoyed taking sunset neighborhood walks each evening of our stay. We very much recommend a stay at Alberto’s farmhouse.

My family and I (5 adults and 1 teenager) had the most wonderful stay at Maria Teresa’s place. Her home is very beautiful and welcoming, there was more than enough space for the family to feel comfortable. This area of Emilia-Romagna is very unique and incredibly peaceful. We felt a strong connection to nature, to the agricultural traditions, and to the history of the region. There were so many surprises to learn about and discover in our short stay! Maria Teresa is truly a “super host”. With an abundance of grace and hospitality, she made our visit an unforgettable experience. Maria answered all of our questions (from restaurants to history) with enthusiasm and patience. Our family felt very cared for during our stay. We were sad to leave! For anyone planning a visit; our family rented cars from the airport in Bologna which was a piece of “torta”. Monte Fuso is great for hiking. Visit the caseificio. We were sorry to miss the pool. Our stay was a hidden gem.

Every detail of the house is downright stunning, so much thought and love went into making it the beautiful space that it is and Silvia, Paola, and Sandro were the kindest hosts we’ve ever had! We’re so grateful for their hospitality and truly can’t wait to come back :)

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

From the very beginning, Luigi and Vittoria proved to be welcoming, kind and pleasant. They explained the house and pool rules to us, and gave us great advice on what to visit and where to eat. The house, spacious and well furnished, offers a large outdoor space where you can relax while enjoying the landscape. The kitchen is well equipped, with good quality pots and dishes. There is no air conditioning, but the house is still quite cool and we always slept well at night. The pool is beautiful, the children had fun and so did we, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. The farm is located on a hill, if you are looking for tranquility and silence, it is suitable for you. You need to drive to reach the center of Salsomaggiore Terme. A regenerating place for those who, like us, are tired of the routine and chaos of city life, and for those looking for a somewhat secluded base from which to visit the surroundings. Thanks for everything, we hope to come back!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. We spent a few days here for New Year's, and it was absolutely wonderful. The place is cozy and beautifully furnished, surrounded by nature, which made it the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail in the decor. We can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool and the gorgeous outdoor space to its fullest. Highly recommended!

Roberta is an excellent host who takes the time beforehand and during the stay to ensure her guests have everything they need and recommendations of local activities in books at the house and throughout our stay. The house is charming and very well appointed, little touches like tea and coffee, balsamic and olive oil are very welcome as well as a lovely present and bottle of wine on arrival. We would not hesitate to stay again if in the area, it’s very handy for Modena, Parma and Reggio Emilia and the pool is fab for the kids and adults alike. Everyone we met in Baiso was friendly and welcoming and our kids enjoyed meeting and hanging out with the local kids who took great care of them also.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

The place is near highway. It was recently renovated. The availability of the parking space is a plus.

We had a great stay. What a beautiful, fun place. Luka is a very likeable enthusiastic host. Everything was fine, spacious and very clean. We were in Parma for the Mille Miglia and it was great. Everything is within walking distance, including a large park for a jog. We would love to come back.
