This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa. The Koayu River flows right next to it, and you can hear the pleasant sound of the river during your stay. From the large terrace connected to the living room of the fully renovated villa, the lawn and countryside spread out in front of you, creating a pleasant space. The tent sauna has a rain cover on the chimney, so you can enjoy the sauna even if it rains a little. Located just over an hour's drive from the city, the accommodation “Shidamura no Hanare” is surrounded by the tranquil scenery of a nature-rich satoyama area.We named "Shimomura no Hanare" after our family's business name. The accommodation can be separated from a compact but private space, and you can enjoy the scenery of the four seasons from the garden room.In this area, cars were not yet popular in the early Showa period, and mainly horses, cows, goats, chickens, etc. were raised and lived in horse shops.There is a renovated horse house on our property, making it a quaint space.The horse house is also a private space for guests.Children are welcome, up to one small dog is ok. In addition, although it is seasonal, you can enjoy shiitake picking, bamboo shooting, strawberry picking, yuzu harvesting, and more.
