はじめまして！この家は、祖父の別荘をリノベーションしたものです。海の目の前ですので、ぜひお楽しみください！ ・ローケーションが最高！ 目の前はきれいな砂浜！すぐ隣には町営プールがあります。庭や駐車場にビニールプールを広げてもOKです！（私が小さいときはそうしていました！） 駅から徒歩10分。スーパー・コンビニどちらも徒歩7分と便利です。 ・BBQ BBQグリル、テーブル、チェアは無料でお貸しします。炭と網と食材、調味料はご用意ください。BBQは夜20時までとさせていただきます。近隣の住民の方へのご配慮をお忘れなくお願いします。 ・大型スクリーン 100インチのスクリーンを設置しました。テレビを兼ねています。ひかりTV、AmazonPrimeVideoが見れます。ゲームもHDMIで繋げば大きなスクリーンでできちゃいます。 ・なんといっても貸切です！ 貸切の宿ですのでごゆっくりお楽しみください。戦前からある別荘をリノベーションしているため、ご不便をおかけするところ（虫や砂など）などあるかもしれません。また、大人数で大騒ぎやパーティをしたい方には向いていません。ご了承ください。

私のリスティング「海おやぶん」へようこそ！ オーナーのShouです。 ここはどんな宿？ 私は語彙力がないので、ゲストからもらったレビューを引用して紹介します。 正直、他の人には勧めたくない穴場の優良民泊。 ロケーション最高 海の香りがしながらも、とても涼しい風が各部屋とリビングを吹き抜ける、素敵なリノベーション古民家。 海が近い、5分。 スーパーが近い、2分。 海レジャー完全対応 海から帰ってきたら、 1.駐車場のシャワーでテントやクーラーボックスを洗える。 2.屋外のキレイな温水シャワーで全身を洗えます。シャンプー、ボディソープ、コンディショナー完備。 3. 水着を洗濯して干しておけば、翌朝には乾いている。 水圧もキレイさも、動線の設計も完璧。 キラーコンテンツ 「七輪」BBQ 食材を用意すれば、広い庭でBBQを楽しむことができます。 炭の香りと熱さに火照りながらも、ふと見上げると夕暮れ時の涼しい潮の香りと草の匂い。ウイスキーソーダを喉に流し込みながら、最高の海鮮BBQを楽しみました。 絶対にオススメです。
