The house is directly adjacent to a cozy and child-friendly swimming cove with docks and a sandy beach. Start the day with a morning swim. Have breakfast in the garden. Enjoy the sea view and the birds chirping. Maybe a ride in the kayak. And end the day in the hot tub after a barbecue on the balcony. If you want to combine with the city life in Gothenburg, you can drive there in 15 minutes. Even closer to large shopping centers. Here you can experience Gothenburg's unique archipelago while having access to Gothenburg's other offerings.

A separate, fully furnished apartment section in a villa with its own entrance. The apartment consists of a bedroom, living room/kitchen and bathroom. There is a double bed (160x200) and a sofa bed (140x200). Extra mattresses can be arranged for a fee. Here you have walking distance to the Klippbad and beach (15 minutes), bus stop 300 meters from the home if you want to go into central Gothenburg. Grocery store, pizzeria etc. are 600m away. A place to stay if you want to enjoy Gothenburg with the sea around the corner.

Knarrholmen is a car-free island with several nice swimming areas, both with a sandy beach, a bathing jetty and a cliff jump. You can only get there by ferry or your own boat. Knarrholmen can offer both paddle track, outdoor gym, sauna and nice walking paths. There is also a very nice restaurant on the island.

In the apartment, there are all the amenities and five minutes away is a grocery store that offers freshly baked bread and buns. 20-minute walk to the sea. If you go out into the garden in the back, you can walk straight up into a nature reserve. There is also a loop that is illuminated in the evening if you want to go for a run or walk the dog.

There is a grocery store, mini golf, playground & pizzeria in the area. Central Gothenburg can be reached by bus in about 25 minutes (10 km). Landvetter Airport by car about 30 minutes (24 km).

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.

The house is cloose to he sea and close to "Välens idrottsplats" where lots of Gothia Cup-matches are played. The center of Gothemburg you can reach in 20 minutes by bus.
