Newly-renovated guest house from the turn of the century in a lush garden. Step into a newly-renovated interior. Complete bathroom and kitchen with everything you need, fridge with freezer compartment, oven with microwave function, coffee maker etc. Bedroom with double bunk beds, 3 90 cm beds and 1 120 cm bed. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Kitchen towel, toilet paper and coffee filter are included. Access to electric car chargers is available for a fee. NOTE: some renovation remains inside and outside, hence the low price.

The house is directly adjacent to a cozy and child-friendly swimming cove with docks and a sandy beach. Start the day with a morning swim. Have breakfast in the garden. Enjoy the sea view and the birds chirping. Maybe a ride in the kayak. And end the day in the hot tub after a barbecue on the balcony. If you want to combine with the city life in Gothenburg, you can drive there in 15 minutes. Even closer to large shopping centers. Here you can experience Gothenburg's unique archipelago while having access to Gothenburg's other offerings.

A separate, fully furnished apartment section in a villa with its own entrance. The apartment consists of a bedroom, living room/kitchen and bathroom. There is a double bed (160x200) and a sofa bed (140x200). Extra mattresses can be arranged for a fee. Here you have walking distance to the Klippbad and beach (15 minutes), bus stop 300 meters from the home if you want to go into central Gothenburg. Grocery store, pizzeria etc. are 600m away. A place to stay if you want to enjoy Gothenburg with the sea around the corner.

Welcome to an archipelago house with a fantastic sea view on the island of Asperö in Gothenburg's southern archipelago. The accommodation has a bright interior and a lovely light from morning till night. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the ferry and the harbor. There is a 24/7 grocery store that is accessible with a Swedish bank ID. On the neighboring island of Brännö, there is a well-stocked grocery store. A swimming jetty is located directly below the house and around the island a scenic walking loop of 3 km.

In the area you’ll find the swimming spot “Hälleviken,” which has a waterslide, bathing jetty, swim raft, and a kiosk (open in summer). Swimming from the cliffs is also available nearby.
