BBQ grill rental is available for ¥5,000/session (grill body, new grate, tongs, and a bucket for extinguishing coals — please bring your own charcoal and firestarter). Out of consideration for the quiet neighborhood, BBQ cooking must finish by 8:00 PM; grilling cannot start or continue after 8:00 PM. Full kitchen with a 2-burner IH stove, cookware and tableware, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, and rice cooker. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning (2 rooms), and TV.
