Nice location with sea view, terrace used for every dinner, drinking water, parking space, used ping and 5 REAL BEDS, two bathrooms, an exceptional natural ventilation!!! What more to ask for?

We stayed with Irena for less than 2 weeks as a family with 2 children in July 2024 and had a wonderful time. We were very warmly welcomed and we felt "at home" from the first moment and it felt very familiar. The apartment was beautiful, completely met our expectations and our needs, it was exactly as shown on the pictures and was also big enough for the 4 of us. Everything was very clean and maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all accessories. We had a wonderful and perfect holiday and Irena's open and accessible manner and your great apartment, had a very big part of it. My partner and I were in Croatia for 2-3 days at short notice. Communication with Mateja was quick and easy. The apartment is large, clean and new. The sofa bed was super comfortable and cozy. We will be happy to come back! Thank you :)

I had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was very nice and offered a fantastic view from the terrace. The host was extremely friendly and always available via Airbnb. I especially liked that even two bicycles and a paddle boat were available – a really nice gesture. Absolutely recommended!

A friendly, kind, communicative, and helpful host. A clean and private apartment. The terrace has a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. The conditions needed for everyday operation are 100% provided. About a kilometer to the harbor and beach. Nearby is a large hypermarket and smaller shops. Recommended.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment in a quiet location. The beds are very pleasant, the terrace is nice to linger and in the apartment everything is there to have a nice time. Highly recommended!

We had a really nice stay at Markos apartment! He is very kind and helpful with tips and also he was available for any questions immediately. We appreciated the flexible check in and the location, as it is just a view steps in front of the sea and beach. The bathroom is already a bit old but still clean! So we can recommend the apartment :)

During this holiday there were three of us. On the first floor there are 2 apartment and 1 separate bedroom. We made use of 1 apartment and the separate bedroom. At the apartment there is a balcony, air conditioning and a kitchen with a small fridge and induction plate. It is a short walk from the center of Biograd. The sea is also easily accessible on foot. It's a quiet neighborhood. Zorka made us feel very welcome and if there was something we ran into, we acted quickly. We had a pleasant stay and could stay in this apartment for another vacation.

Andrijana and Mario are wonderful hosts. By far the friendliest and warmest hosts I have ever experienced. Andrijana was always available, provided us with tips and repeatedly asked if we needed anything and if everything was okay. The place was perfect for us. The cleanliness was excellent, the amenities great. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Had a great time and would come back any time. An absolute recommendation for couples, families and friends. Beach is within walking distance in approx. 15 minutes. 10 minutes to the bakery and supermarket. What was not entirely clear is that the second bathroom is not in the main house, but outside next to the pool. But this was not a problem at all, but rather great if you spend the day at the pool.

We were picked up directly at the ferry and taken to the accommodation - great! The location is great and easy to reach by car (the road is ok, although it is partly unpaved). Great amenities, especially the loungers and the pool area.

An amazing stay! We had the pleasure of spending a few days in this beautiful apartment and were completely thrilled. The location is simply ideal – quiet yet central, so you can easily reach everything. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and extremely well equipped, we didn't miss anything. It was noticeable that a lot of emphasis was placed on details to provide guests with a comfortable stay. A special thank you goes to the host Ivana. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, always responsive and made our stay even more enjoyable. We'd love to come back and can fully recommend this apartment!

The terrace is great, nice and big, the outdoor living room. If you want to go to the sea and like it quiet, bring a hammock, then you can escape the hustle and bustle and use a secluded beach. Luka was accessible and helpful at all times.

We had a very wonderful time. If there would be an outdoor shower and some pool ladder or stairs to get into the water it would really be 100% perfect. The restaurant next door is just great, nice, competent staff and great food for very reasonable prices. Would book again.

Wonderful house and even better host! The place is great for 6 people even for a longer stay. The location of the house is perfect, a quiet neighborhood, close to the shops, restaurants, sea, and lake - everything is within walking distance. The house itself is quite nice and spotless with a great pool and garden. Lovre is a great host, very caretaking, extremely kind, and happy to help with everything, including some local recommendations.

The apartment is very well located, there is an amazing view from the balcony, everything is quite new and clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. The village is super cute. I highly recommend.

I stayed at Iain And Joyce's place for about ten days in August. I would say everything is perfect, the location is beautiful directly on the sea in the private property of the residence so without cars or traffic you fully enjoy nature. The apartment is furnished in an essential way and is an added value for a vacation home, bright and spacious. There were three of us and the size was perfect. The terrace is magnificent for dining and seeing the beautiful sunsets. It is located inside a residence where you can take advantage of all the services from the various restaurants to the market. Contact with the hosts, despite not being on site, has always been immediate. The only flaw is that it is so relaxing that you lose the desire to move from the location. Super recommended!

Staying at Kristina's apartment in Bibinje was great. A beachfront home. Contact with Kristina is sensational and immediate. My wife and I were there for a week and it was great. Shops nearby, bars and restaurants. The beach is clean. Hassle-free accommodation and check-in. The apartment was very clean. There was everything you needed and more. A great surprise from host Kristina is delicious pralines and tincture that were waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. We'll definitely be back!

My family and I stayed with Marijana at the end of September. The place matched the description and was a relaxing experience with the pool. Our hostess was very warm, helpful and even regularly brought us fresh fruit from her garden and helped us with many great tips for the area. Unfortunately, the location of the place is not really central. In the surrounding villages there are small beaches, but you should consider having a car for exploration, as it is very quiet nearby and you have to drive a little further out for more action. Nonetheless, it was a great stay and we say goodbye gratefully from Vrana, Croatia. ❤️
