Nice apartment in a cottage town by the coast. The sea is just around the corner. Quiet and nice. If you need a promenade, then Petrčany is nearby, a 20-minute walk along the ancient road. Conveniently, there is a garage on the basement, the car will not stand in the sun. The apartment has everything you need, like at home.

Located on a hill in Diklo, near the main road to all beaches and facilities by car. 10 min walk to restaurants, supermarket and beach. Uphill walk is doable. Pretty private location right near the woods. The sea view is beautiful. The apartment is great with a nice price tag. Wifi is good for remote work. All technology is there, smart tv, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and electric cooking. Two bathrooms are a plus. Electronics for the boiler needed repairs which were fixed on the following workday. Eva was extremely responsive to my questions and was very positive. Super flexible regarding the incheck process as we were late. Air-conditioning didn't really reach the back sleeping rooms but putting the ventilator in the hallway fixed that well. Next time in Zadar I will definitely come back.

We had an incredible stay here. The view was absolutely beautiful, and the space was even better than expected. So much attention to detail in this beautiful, modern, private, sleek apartment. What really stood out were the hosts — kind, thoughtful, and always available if we needed anything. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful stay with genuinely great people.

Extremely beautiful apartment with water in the front garden! We were there with three children and it was wonderfully uncluttered in the bay in front of the door. A very sweet neighbor !

Beautiful apartment, overlooking to water, right next to a swimming spot, restaurant and supermarket. The facilities were brand new and in great condition and the apartment was super clean! Host was so friendly and helpful and even baked us some cake before me left! Would love to return one day!

It was very pleasant to communicate with Dunja. She did everything to be as helpful as possible. The house is big, super clean, furnished with a taste. The beds are comfortable. We appariciate the quiet neighborhood surrunden with local people. The terrace is top - there is an oven and nice sitting, small garden with herbs. Most of the Preko spots - restaurants, beaches, shops, rentals are aprox 20minutes walking from the house. If you considering other villages in Ugljan, Preko is the Best, i am glad we did not choose other ones. And you can get easily to Zadar if you miss bustling city. I highly recommend !

The Airbnb features a beautiful pool area that’s perfect for relaxing on a hot summer day. With multiple kitchens, it’s well-suited for larger families or groups, and the entire space was very clean and comfortable throughout our stay. While the location is a bit outside the town center, getting around is easy with Uber or other ride services. The host was also extremely helpful and proactive, providing us with plenty of great recommendations for places to visit in the area

We were a group of girls and had a really great stay. The villa had everything you need and was exactly as shown in the pictures. Contact with the host was straightforward and quick. We were completely satisfied and would come back.

We really liked the stay at the accommodation in Diklo. The fast and impeccable communication , the equipment of the house, etc. Only point of criticism: It could have been more clearly stated that the pool is shared with the neighboring house. But this remains the only criticism. We really liked the holiday in the Yellow House and can only recommend the place!

It was so nice to stay at the apartment. Our kids felt like home from the first moment. Paola always helped out when we had questions. We can only recommend this and will come back for sure next year

Great place where we felt like home. The house has everything you need. Very quiet place, close to restaurants, shops with everything you need,gas station, even a hundred 😅 The beach is a 5-10 minute walk. I would come back here again

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

The accommodation is just right! Still very quiet in the old town. The apartment is on the 4th floor of an apartment building without an elevator, but that was not a problem for us. The hostess is very friendly and greeted us personally and answered our questions. We were able to cook small things without restrictions. What I personally liked in particular was the clean, large bathroom. The place is highly recommended!

This is a great place to rent in a great location. Lots of room and lots of fun stuff to do in the area!

What a find! Our flight was delayed 3 hours, so we didn’t arrive until 3.30am. Our host Marijana was up and waiting for us. We were made to feel so welcome. Toni also took us to the supermarket the next day. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The apartment/villa was big and spotless. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. Lovely big shower. Towels provided for both shower and beach towels. We stayed on the ground floor - huge patio and a few steps to the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. It is open from 9am to 10pm. Lovely and warm and the furniture around the pool was really comfortable. We didn’t hire a car. It is about 30 minutes walk into Zadar Centre but only 5 € in an Uber. We loved Zadar but the accommodation is what made the holiday so fantastic. You rarely find hosts as lovely as Mirjana and Toni. Always on hand and they even made us a lovely breakfast on our last day. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend

We have stayed in many rental apartments/villas over the years and this one is definitely at the top end of our list. The bedrooms are both a good size with comfy beds and lots of wardrobe and draw space with air conditioning. The kitchen is one of the best equipped we have ever had, the two shower rooms are well lit and have products for you to use, the lounge is very bright and airy and we used Netflix (with our own account). The self check in was simple as Gordana gave us the code before we arrived, and she messaged us to check everything was okay. We walked everywhere from the apartment as it is very close to the bridge across into the old town. Below the apartment is a supermarket with two others very close by.There are bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants a very short walk away, and the old town has many places to eat and drink. Zadar old town is very pretty and interesting and well worth a visit. Ignore the approach to the apartment as it is great inside.

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and the jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!

Maja’s apartment is absolutely perfect and furnished to a very high standard. We had a very comfortable relaxing stay. The apartment is in a quiet residential area and short walking distance to a supermarket, a taxi to the old town cost €5 so we didn’t need a car. Maja was always available to answer any questions really quickly. When we arrived there were drinks in the fridge including wine which was lovely. There is also hand soap, shower gel and hair/ body wash in all 3 bathrooms. Plenty of towels, even for the sun beds and hot tub. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.
