Great well equipped apartment. Very good kitchen, table, nice terrace, washing machine. We had everything we needed for our stay. Our vacation was great. Jovici is a small town but it is convenient location for visiting Zadar, Pag, Nin and many beaches. For some reason, Airbnb is showing the wrong location of the apartment. It's good that Jovici's neighbors are very friendly, always ready to help:)) It's necessary to look for Apartmani Ante directly on Google maps.

If I could give more stars, fantastic hospitality, cleanliness. We wanted what we wanted. Accurate description , helpfulness. Just great!

The appartment is perfect for a family. the children enjoyed the pool. peaceful. away from the crowded city. thanks Marko. ljubač is a pretty village . nice restaurant with good quality . and we also discovered many nearby beaches such as Ražanac and Nin.

Beach is close and there is not many people. Sometimes we were there alone. Accomodation was as described. Tihomir is a grat host.

The garden and the olive trees are very nice.

Everything went very well, the accommodation matches the description very well, the beach is not even 50 meters on foot, the place is very peaceful with beautiful landscapes.

We felt comfortable and in good hands. The hosts are very friendly and always ask if everything is okay and if you need anything. We had everything we needed and were very satisfied. The view of the sea tops everything, of course, and is beautiful to see in the morning and evening. If the accommodation had a pool, everything would be perfect. The sea is very close but often the water is often not very clear or a little dirty. But otherwise it's wonderful.

Uroš is a really top host. He organized us a lot on site, his family is very friendly and extremely helpful. You have your peace on site, but if you need anything, Uroš and his family are close. The space is really great. The location is 1a with the small shortcoming that the coastal road is of course relatively close and therefore you can hear the motorbikes every now and then during the day. At night, however, it is completely quiet because you can also sleep well with an open window. The apartment is well equipped and actually you lack nothing. Within walking distance of the apartment is also a small inexpensive restaurant By the sea are loungers and umbrellas for the guests and the sea is really fantastic. This is where you can really go on vacation...

Very cosy house in olive garden, big rooms, nice terrace, quiet landscape, beautiful view, few steps from the beach. We enjoyed the stay very much. Karlo is a very friendly, nice and communicative host. I can recommend staying in this location to anyone who wants peace and quiet, I wouldn't mind spending my vacation here again

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation home! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The host was incredibly hospitable and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor space was a great bonus, offering a lovely area to relax and enjoy the scenery. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our vacation and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway .

I was with my friends for two weeks in the accommodation on vacation and we had a very nice stay. You are very well connected to the sea and can reach Zadar in 30 minutes by car. There aren't many tourists, which makes the place very quiet. The people who were there were all very friendly and open. Overall, we highly recommend the accommodation :)

The apartment totally matches the description. It looks even bigger in real life. Very clean and well-equipped (just missing a microwave for us). Beautiful beach nearby, restaurant and supermarket. Unlike other reviews, we had no problem with the Wi-Fi, very good connection. The only negative point for us was the noise of the fridge at night and the neighbors of the rental next door a little noisy. Otherwise very good hosting. Apartment ideally located for visiting the nature reserves of Krka and Plitvice as well as Zadar. Razanac is a small quiet town.

The flat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped! It’s a bit further from the Old Town, but still within easy walking distance, and there are shops nearby for convenience. Luka was very friendly and welcoming, and his dog was absolutely lovely!

I am returning home very happy - my little vacation in Zaglav with Petra was perfect. Petra is a super sweet person who gave me helpful tips about the ferry beforehand. The apartment is super quiet, located directly on the harbor - I could see incredibly beautiful sunrises from the large balcony😍 Thank you for the great stay, dear Petra☀️

I had a great time. Friendly, close to the store, easy to get to the beach and downtown. The apartment is clean. The stove is not easy, it took me 40 minutes to boil water for pasta. Plus, it's great. A great host helped us with transportation and recommended places to go.

Sanja was great and the apartment was extremely nice and in a great location. If we’re ever back in Novalja we’ll certainly come back.
